“Didn’t need to make a claim, but the process of using them was simple. My only complaint was that they took payment for renewal prior to the policy renewal date. When I called to advise I would be going elsewhere at renewal because I’d found a cheaper policy, they’d already taken my money and advised it would take 5 days to return it. In my opinion, they shouldn’t take funds until the date of renewal.”

“It was very easy to renew my home insurance policy with Policy Expert at a very reasonable price. I have not had any experience of making a claim and hope that is just as good considering the unfavourable comments of the claims service.”

“The price keeps increasing every year.... even though I have been with them for a few years. No loyalty discounts given from Policy Expert. I will be switching next year to another provider. However I could get the same cover for less elsewhere. The customer service I received from Zain Hussain was good.”

“I telephoned to renew my policy and on informing the person I spoke to that I had found a slightly better offer on-line from another insurer he went through the details and found a way to match that offer, he was very helpful and informative and all the details/contracts were e-mailed to me immediately. Slightly long-winded due to all the legal verbiage but, despite that, a friendly and efficient service. I did not even have to wait too long for the call to be answered and there were very few quotes on line that beat Policy Experts quote and even those that did it was not by much. All in all a good experience.”
