“we were previously with a insurance company who slogan was every little helps ! and it did because they were £150 more this year for a like for like policy . this web site is so easy to use really customer friendly and i will recommend to our friends”

“Great service when selling you a policy, make a claim and your nightmare begins. They don't seem to send a competent surveyor, only some bloke who takes pictures and someone else makes decision. They fail to return calls and if you want to discuss a claim that will not cover the cost of the damage, you will have to go through some legal route or report to authorities. Getting a policy will not give you peace of mind. Will not recommend them nor renewing my policy.”

“Policy Expert came out high in 2 comparison sites. We chose a high level of cover and were pleased to be able to specify valuables precisely. The site was easy to use and the premium came out as half the cost of last year's (with a differnet provider) and a quater of the renewal premium. We read the reviews and were satisfied that the company had a good reputation.”
