Wish I could put no stars!!! OMG I have been insured with QMH since 2013 and would have given them 5 stars as they are always the cheapest quotes , but just try making a claim with them !!! It's an absolute JOKE , except I'm not laughing , I was hit by a drunk driver , my car was wrote off , I have witnesses who provided video footage and 3 months later I have no idea what is happening with my claim against the 3rd party ,don't expect any communication from them, they just ignore e-mails and have no record of phone calls , I have now referred my claim to the Ombudsman , Iv'e informed them of this and guess what ! nothing ! Avoid them like the plague !!

Impossible to make payment. Can't speak to anyone. Threatening emails for 'non payment' - when they won't allow you to pay. Just cancelled my policy as its not worth chancing credit rating. Policy £6.00 per month. Just had to pay £33.00 cancelation.

Impossible to access account, no password reset facility ( puts you in a loop!) Can not call anyone. how this company exist is beyond belief. Other reviews state claims procedure is a nightmare. I will not renew my building/contents policy with them. You pay for what you get...rubbish!!!

Unless you are comfortable with the Internet, you can not contact. High cancellation charge.

number 1 you should re name your company to how to upset people.I have tried to contact you via email and claims line .IMPOSSIBLE DOES ANYONE READ YOUR REVIEWS I am surprised that you are still in business at all. bad bad reviews yet you are still trading HOW !! I have been trying to cancel my insurance since end of June and no response from you no email addresses work.avoid this firm like the plague or suffer months of frustration trying t get sorted out with them.not worth a decent quote .go to someone else with time to talk to you

having a nightmare claiming with this company, the website log in doesnt work now, ive tried 4 times to ring them on hold 30 mins no one answers phone. im trying to claim for antique ring that was lost and they sent me a photo of a modern one thats not the same and expect me to buy it from mappin and webb which is extortionate prices and cant get 1 the same like my old one . if i want to sort it out myself they reduce the amount by £600 , if i use h samuels they reduce it by 325 what a joke . avoid this company like the plague as its impossible to speak to anyone and as its only webiste only , its not even working

It seems the problem I am having is being experienced by many at the moment - it is saying I have an incorrect username or password and yet it is the same details I have used to login over and over since I started with them. Obviously there is something wrong with the website but I can't contact them to resolve as it keeps asking me to login! Stupid.

Absalutly appalling service, i have spent most of the day trying to get in touch with quote me happy, it will not accept my e-mail or password to log into my account, the onse I always use, carnt phone anyone to speek to, its so bloody frustrating, my car insurance is due in 7 days and I've found a much cheeper quote and just need to cancel before the take the money from my account, just hoping my bank can help me cancel the payment going out as I don't know any other way

Dreadful company. I can't log in because I keep getting an error message. I can't renew or amend my policy, which expires today, and which I've been trying to deal with for about a week. I've emailed twice and absolutely no response. All I can say is STEER WELL CLEAR!

Dreadful service, would not recommend at all !! Sent lots of emails with no response. Spent hours on the phone with no one wanting to speak to me. Stay away from this Company !!!

Awful customer service. Nobody to speak to. It's all online but even if you have trouble signing in, they want you to sign in to be able to contact them!

I have forgotten my password to access my account.I have tried emailing noon and night but still they have not sent me a reset password email. Tried chatting to Colin!! So frustrating. I have no way accessing anything from them now. Would not recommend.

Have buildings and contents insurance with Quotemehappy. Price was cheap but don't expect help from them when you need it. If you do need any help which doesn't fit into their neat little boxes you will have to email a question and wait a couple of days for a reply which I have done. Answer comes back in general terms and does not answer the question. Send another request and wait another couple of days and so it goes on. Will definetly not use this company again.

You can only contact them by web form and only on a limited range of subjects; you are dealing with "bots" only, no humans. If it all goes well, then it all goes well and so far all is well for me. If not.....read the reviews! If you like to carry your insurance certificate (etc) around on your (android) mobile please be aware that none of the normal PDF readers can open their PDFs. You have to install Microsoft Word and choose that to open them.

Absolutely dreadful company, they asked for further proof of NCD by text while in a separate email cancelled my car insurance as of midnight. The proof they had been sent was accurate and could have been dealt within 30 seconds if they offered any sort of human interaction. If you're happy dealing with a website that only answers the questions they have chosen to ask then use them. Just be warned that you're screwed if they then ask you for additional information that their website then doesn't allow you to process.

How dare they call themselves an Insurance Company, take your money and get no service. Trying to verify a Home Insurance claim, spent two days and over an hour on my mobile with no joy. Will not renew my policy for what its worth!!!!!!!

The website is dysfunctional, defaulting to car insurance when I click home insurance. Claims telephone never answered. I shall not be renewing as if one had to make a claim there would be no means of making contact
