“Hi All, I have just had to cancel my car insurance policy with about 8 weeks left to renewal. I sold my car and bought a new car, however, Quote Me Happy could not insure my new car, as it was to expensive! So I had to cancel and go to a new provider. So it was not my fault! However, what really annoyed me was the fact that they charged me for cancelling my policy, and no refund was offered! Despite there being 2 months left to run on what was a single annual payment! Quote me Happy offers good cheap insurance, but without any human contact! I have learnt from this, and in future would rather pay extra to speak with a human being with another provider, especially when in my view, I could not amend my policy for my new car, as Quote me Happy could not insure it as it was to expensive, and they kept my money for cancelling the current policy! Very poor show, should be renamed! Quote me not so Happy.com
So please be aware! Will not use them again.”

After 3 days of reporting an accident that wasn't my fault, all on line as no one to speak to they finally got back to me with information that was useless, never offered a hire car even though I pay extra for this, ended up paying out my own pocket. Left high and dry and extremely frustrated with this cowboy outfit. RIP off...stay away!!!! Would score minus stars if possible!!!!”
