They cancelled my policy and stole my money. After numerous emails which took at least 48hours for a reply they claimed they didn't have my proof of ID, when I sent it to them they just said they didn't have it and took my money. NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY

It's not able to cancel automatic renewal as no call centres and when I cancel a 1minute after,online when the renewal policy start they have charge me a £25 quid for it, because they put a minimum of one day for me to use that insurance policy WHICH IS A BIG LYI!!! They call them self cheapest as no call centres, but they were quite expensive in a first place

I was reassured that they would cover myself and husband and my son (when he turned 17yrs). He is now 17yrs and they will not cover him. No one to speak to....email only. I can cancel at a premuium of £50 for a mistake I did not make. Really poor. Car on drive that son cannot drive and I have to wait for 48hrs for a reply by email.

They have taken over 12 months to resolve a claim which has resulted in legal procedings, being taken against me, by the third party. Do not use this company. They have been impossible to contact ignored my complaints about the of lack of communication it has resulted in me seeking independent legal advice and referring matters to the ombudsman.

No customer service the app doesnt work it closes when you try to upload ncd proof, you send them a message via the app and they dont reply, yet they are quite happy to sting you with a £50 charge for not uploading ncd and canceling your policy watch out. I ADVISE YOU TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. TO BE HONEST I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM AVIVA TOO IF THEY ALLOW CLOWNS TO WORK ALONG SIDE THEM!

Proof of deception and lies from this so called "regulated and reputable" Aviva affiliated company run by such as Kirsty and Lee which says something. Be very wary and vigilant when or if renewing a policy. Without constantly reviewing your 'My Accuont' when dealing with this on line only company. Other ins companies find it impossible to deal with this lot on your behalf and claim they have very poor customer services if any.

expensive for policy amendments, there's no way of speaking to a person and when declining renewal they keep sending 'renewal reminders' by email ans sms text, plus second year premiums went up through the roof.

I went with the cheapest insurance i found online and when i had my accident (not my fault and everyone that saw what happened said i had nothing to worry about) the insurance didn't want to know. My solicitors were bound by the insurers decision and i had to settle on 50 50 basis. Absolutely shocking. I will never make that mistake again! Dont bother

I made the terrible mistake of going for the cheapest quote and I got the cheapest customer service I've ever had. Just an online presence with emailing queries and waiting days for response. Wouldn't accept my years of no claims from a 4x4 to transfer to my car, saying it was a commercial vehicle, if so what's the difference both are vehicles driven on the same roads, steer well clear from these rip off cowboys

Their not interested in the slightest. No qualities to this company. Wish I hadn't just picked the cheapest as customer service is minimal. My car was in a accident they won't complete the damages , their garage nationwide are just as bad, the job was shocking. Can't wait to leave this company

An absolute disgrace! Do not touch them, they are Part of Aviva, regardless if they refuse to comment or not. You cannot get in touch with them. You might as well by an elephant and have an Indian call centre insure that. What a waste of time and money. Wait till you have to renew to all the people have that have already made the mistake, never mind an accident.

my car was involved in an accident that was not our fault but yet they would not repair all the damage was a shambles the whole way though did not ask for a proper account of what happens just told us they would repair the doors and nothing else stay well clear this company is a joke we are still fighting this not and going though the F,O,S

Wish I had seen these reviews before using this company. Unable to speak to anybody, only email. When you ask a question all you get is a generic reply which you can already see on their website. Very frustrating and totally unacceptable when the fault is their system not being capable of doing what they claim. Lesson learned. AVOID!!!
