I cant believe it, they advertise that they can offer cheap insurance as they provide no humans to speak to and offer no paoerwork, so why has it cost me £75! The change was easy enough to implement online but I hadnt realised that they had NO CONTACT TELEHONE NO. hence filling in their online forms to ask a question and wait four days for an answer NOT HAPPY.”
“Had multicar renewal quotes from them. Renewed one car OK then tried changing details for second car, as the website says you can, and it all went pear shaped! Should have been straight forward... Just wanted to remove business use on second car as husband retired. Expected price to go down but instead it went up. When tried changing back it went even higher then locked me out. Unable to renew and left without cover! Having taken my money for the first car I can't get multicar elsewhere without cancelling and paying admin fee. No response to email and no phone number! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!”

Then informed that despite my wife's policy being a Renewal, she did not qualify.
We do not argue or do business with such Companies. My wife cancelled her Policy and Direct Debit (fully Paid up). Quotemehappy.com then emailed my wife, questioning why the Direct Debit had been cancelled and said that if it was not re-instated, she would be insured for the remaining time on her Policy. In my book, that's Breach of Contract!”

“I provided everything and they came back asking for NCD which I uploaded initially. They kept sending me emails that they haven't received it. I uploaded numerous times but because there is no human sitting on the other end their systems seem to not work properly. Maybe they should consider being a digital online insurer with bots in 2050. This is ridiculous as they just send me an email saying they have cancelled my policy and it's highly frustrating when you can't speak to anyone about the issues. Atleast provide me with an alternative way of giving you guys my NCD.”

“Had to write this review after all the negative reviews I read after my accident. I had a recent car accident In September and my new car was written off. I had no problems ringing them to report the incident and their operator rang me back shortly after to update me. I then corresponded via email and on the 4th day the same operator rang me back to offer me a settlement figure which I agreed to and was told the money would be i my account within 3 - 5 days. I had a confirmation email of this within 2 hours and money was in my account
3 days later. All settled within 8 days - excellent service. This is a genuine review so don't listen to all the negative ones this was my genuine experience.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The service sucks. Don't waste your time or your money. It started out well enough but then deteriorated into a mess which ended with them canceling my insurance while I was on holiday with my car parked at Heathrow. All this over a NCD which is valid. I sent many emails trying to sort out the confusion over the NCD but not one of them was answered. They were helpful with login assistance but nothing else. They told me my NCD wasn't uploaded but it was. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If they cancel your insurance they charge you £ 50 and then tell you start the whole process again. BAD BAD BAD Experience... and a huge waste of time and money.”
“Had an accident i told them I was not liable, they went ahead and admitted liability on my behalf even though photos proved i was not. I complained but it was already settled. Result of complaint is that they could have argued 50/50 split and offered £150 comp. Still lost my no claims not happy that they can make this sort of mistake so referred to ombudsmen. They will hang you out to dry never known an insurance company like it. Would have rated 0 if i could.”

“Try to contact this company, you will have more luck then putting you hand on the sun, honestly I could not recommend this company to anyone who isn't a sadomasochist. The pain you will endure is you lose you policy number on the 1 email they send out is amazing, plus never have I ever heard that you cant only speak to a human being, after paying £700 on insurance, unless I fucking total my car, unless I have to wait 2 pissing days for a response. What a load of cunts. Take your money and run. Not the most PC review I understand, but if this helps put 1 person off this amazing insurance company then thank fuck.”
