Advoid this company at all costs. Useless and no contact number. Everything done by email. My wife did two quotes on confused for her car. One with standard alloys. As this is what she had at the time. One quote for new alloys that she was buying a few week later as her standard ones needed replacing as they were unsafe, so she knew what she would have to pay. Both quotes was fine and all seemed ok. After being bom barded with emails about the quotes questioning why she had done 2 quotes and went for the quote without any changes to the car, with them having no way for my wife to contact them apart from email, (which took a week for them to reply) She went on to the site to make the changes. The site said that this could not be done. After emails with them they refused to insure her even though they had previously gave her a quote. She has now got insured by a differant, better company that has accepted the alloys and is 300 pound cheaper. I would rate this comoany 0 out of 5 if i could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! USELESS COMPANY!!

If you have a problem that is not a claim you cannot talk to a human being it is automated email which can be very frustrating

Dreadful faceless online only company. No contact number and poor customer service. Tried to change vehicle mid term but portal couldn't quote standard vw touran 8 yrs old even though you could quote it as a new customer. Email from them said they couldn't do anything I would just have to cancel. With fees.. AVOID. Wish I checked reviews before buying. Thank God I never had to claim.

I cancelled my policy on 15/6/17 at 1500hrs because you do not insure my new car.I was informed the refund would take 4/5 working days. Still waiting

2 months since accident, received 1 email from them stating the details i gave regarding the other driver did not match anything on their system, but don't worry at this time we will say its the other drivers fault, have your car repaired using your excess. if we can not trace the other car - oh well - from the the start did not give me confidence that they would even bother to do anything. (Just pay yourself). Had to tell them that at the time, i checked MID and the other persons car was on there and it was insured, ops yep, they then found the missing car. Now its 2 months later and they haven't even contacted the witness (Black Cab Driver) who was good enough to stop and give me their details. have sent other emails, no response. Someone tell me, have i had a good experience?

Awful company. Cancelled my insurance incorrectly. No phone number so now have to go elsewhere. Ridiculous. What company cannot be contacted. Don't use them.

Terrible terrible company,Do not use! I can cancelled my policy half way through,as I bought a new car.They would have possibly got my business back if I could have called them to get a quote.Thankfully there was no answer,and had to pay £55 to cancel.Half my policy money should be ruffended.Yes I am still with out this 4 weeks after cancelling.Under FOS regulations they have 4 more weeks to sort this issue out.After that will be there problem

We've had several problem with this insurance which has been very frustrating and has resulted in a delay in me driving my car to my job. We filled in all the correct details to get my new car insured and paid a price of about £350. With all the mistakes and confusion this has now been refunded to us and we've been told that as of the 16/06/17 we'll need to renew our policy like usual. I've now just received a renewal quotation for £390!! why has is gone up by £40 within a day! I don't feel this is at all acceptable.

They cancelled my policy and stole my money. After numerous emails which took at least 48hours for a reply they claimed they didn't have my proof of ID, when I sent it to them they just said they didn't have it and took my money. NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY

It's not able to cancel automatic renewal as no call centres and when I cancel a 1minute after,online when the renewal policy start they have charge me a £25 quid for it, because they put a minimum of one day for me to use that insurance policy WHICH IS A BIG LYI!!! They call them self cheapest as no call centres, but they were quite expensive in a first place

I was reassured that they would cover myself and husband and my son (when he turned 17yrs). He is now 17yrs and they will not cover him. No one to speak to....email only. I can cancel at a premuium of £50 for a mistake I did not make. Really poor. Car on drive that son cannot drive and I have to wait for 48hrs for a reply by email.

They have taken over 12 months to resolve a claim which has resulted in legal procedings, being taken against me, by the third party. Do not use this company. They have been impossible to contact ignored my complaints about the of lack of communication it has resulted in me seeking independent legal advice and referring matters to the ombudsman.

No customer service the app doesnt work it closes when you try to upload ncd proof, you send them a message via the app and they dont reply, yet they are quite happy to sting you with a £50 charge for not uploading ncd and canceling your policy watch out. I ADVISE YOU TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. TO BE HONEST I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM AVIVA TOO IF THEY ALLOW CLOWNS TO WORK ALONG SIDE THEM!

Proof of deception and lies from this so called "regulated and reputable" Aviva affiliated company run by such as Kirsty and Lee which says something. Be very wary and vigilant when or if renewing a policy. Without constantly reviewing your 'My Accuont' when dealing with this on line only company. Other ins companies find it impossible to deal with this lot on your behalf and claim they have very poor customer services if any.
