“I had a minor bump in march 2014 and as of yet I have not had a reply to verify who's fault it was .They also had 2 case files on the case which prompted a 3rd party getting involved because it was alleged I didn't get in touch with the co-operative ,when I challenged it they then realised that instead of 1 case file open they(co-operative) had opened 2 case files prompting a 3rd party to get involved to settle the claim. As of 4 jan 2015 this case in my opinion has still not been settled.”
“The excess paid when i had my claim was very high compared to my previous insurer.The excess should be reviewed and highlighted in every insurance policy document, this was not done when i purchased my policy with cooperative.”
“There is not enough competition, the prices are still far too high, because of the efficiency of the automatic number plate reader ANPR , i believe that insurance or some have taken full advantage of there success, no vehicle can travel anywhere without being stopped, hence the higher prices.”
