“The excess paid when i had my claim was very high compared to my previous insurer.The excess should be reviewed and highlighted in every insurance policy document, this was not done when i purchased my policy with cooperative.”

“There is not enough competition, the prices are still far too high, because of the efficiency of the automatic number plate reader ANPR , i believe that insurance or some have taken full advantage of there success, no vehicle can travel anywhere without being stopped, hence the higher prices.”

“Very good service, I changed my car after a few months to a high performance one which unfortunately the Co-Op could not cover. They provided a full refund of the unexpired period and documentation for my new insurer.”
