I accept,the fact that I had a very old computer and that the one I replaced it is 10 years old. And it may be that the issues with my computer were such that the Geeks did not understand the issues involved. But it cost nearly $800 to get set up. This form does not list all possibles. I conctacted geeks by the website. It took a few days for the reply to come back

The technician Angus, transfered data from old machine to new one and explained how everything worked. He also checked out that all systems were working correctly before departing. A very good representative for your company was this young man.

We can't thank Angus enough for his incredible service. We are not tech savy and Angus explained things simply for us. The new upgrade is amazing, so sharp and quick.

As previously, Amandeep was most helpful and instructive. He solved the problem experienced with my printer since updating to Sequoia, moved the printer to a cooler spot in my apartment, enabled photos from new phone to back up on Google and arranged storage to 100 gb. I appreciated his clear explanation of how to use and benefit from Geeks + - and his assistance in subscribing for a year.

Anthony was very helpful and solved all my technical problems, of which there were a few. He installed an updated OS, deleted expired files and restored my computer to a very high quality. I was very impressed.

jack was very efficient and showed instant understanding of the problem. He had access to research and was able to solve the problem which was that I had no access to magnification with a new desk top computer. and windows 11. He was also able to solve some problems with Windows 11 and explain some things. Thank you Jack.

Very pleased that management and staff reshuffled schedules to allow the realease of a technician to journey up to reinstall our compuuter- appreciated as otherwise the job would have dragged out to nearly ten days.

I had a gremlin that caused the connection between the computer and printer to malfunction. It turned out to be the Spark modem that was at fault, which its astute technician Nate isolated after about an hour and a half of his call out time. He explained the options available to me: have Spark replace the modem and have them restet it (long term), or have him replace it with a new, superior, but more costly modem Geeks had in his van in the driveway (immediate). I opted for the immediate solution, confident of Nate's expertise. He installed it and solved the problem immediately. He reset it the phones and iPad, my wife was also using with her Mac laptop. I was charged for an hour call out fee after negotiation of the charges between Nate and his Geek manager. I thought that was fair and had no trouble paying the charge. Unfortunately I discovered about a day later that my smart TV system hooked into a SKY satellite box was not functioning. I contacted Geeks and they sent out Nate a day later to correct this, which he did so in about 5 minutes. I was pleased that Geeks completed this call back free of any further charges, which I thought was fair practice again by them again.
