Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“I had Ben bringing my new computer and setting it up. He did a great job. And he’s always friendly with a happy smile on her face and having a laugh that’s why I always use Geeks On Wheels and I’ve been using them for so long I can’t remember”

“Very impressed from my first initial phone call to ask for help, through to the communications around availability of Technician, and updates of when they were on their way to my location. The Technician took the time to explain and reassured me, and was able to perform the fix quickly and without any issues. They even asked if there was anything more they could help with once the initial task was complete.”

“Yesterday I had one of their so call "experts" come to look at my Mac that is having issues. I was told he would arrive between 8am and 12am. At 12 I had heard nothing and had to phone the company to ask where he was. The "expert finally arrived after 2pm. I do not have an issue where a service person is busy, but not a phone call or txt from the company or serviceman is not good enough. I showed the "expert" the Mac and described the issues I was having and left him to it. 20 minutes later not hearing anything I went to check and found he had got no further than I had. In fact I caught him searching Google to find out how to do things he was supposed to be able to do. After 45 minutes he tells me he has no idea how to sort the problem out $194.0 please. While having a tidy up once the man had gone I found that two of my expensive USB cables were missing. Years gone by I have used this service and found them to be very good and at a fair price. This was not one of those times. In no way will I recommend anyone to use this service but would rather suggest one of the competitors if you need an in home repair on your Mac.”

“I telephoned yesterday after Brandon H had left - but didnt have time to wait till it was my turn. I wanted to sing his praises to you! What a delightful young man you have in Brandon. A wonderful representative for your company. Friendly, helpful, courteous, and patient with elderly retired customers. I have always had fantastic service from your technicians. That is why I continue to use Geeks on Wheels, You are my go to when I need assistance. And now my husband who has always tried to do things himself is hooked too. He was so impressed.
