While Geeks on Wheels technicians provide a good service (technically-wise), you can't always get them when you want them - you have to book several days ahead - and unless you keep asking questions they don't always explain what they are doing with your computer - I am someone who wants to know everything that's being done and why. That is, I like things being explained to me by the technician and that doesn't always happen. This last time when I made the booking I was told that customers with Gold Cards received a small discount. No mention was made of this by the technician when the time came for payment and as far as I can see no such discount was applied. In either event, being told one thing and it not being put into practice does rather put a sour taste in ones mouth. So, there is room for some improvement in Geeks' service.

We'll certainly feed this back to your technician - including customers in every step of the process and engaging them on what's going on and why is a vital and standard part of the service we expect to be delivered so I'm sorry it wasn't on this occasion. In terms of Gold Card discounts, we certainly do offer those an so again, I'm sorry this wasn't mentioned or applied in the appointment. Julian was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. His recommended solution to our home network issue was spot on. The process of booking the service was also seamless. We won't hesitate to use Geeks on Wheels again.

I was very pleased with Harry's visit this morning. He was polite, friendly, patient and quickly understood the problems I was having and sorted them accordingly. I would be very pleased to have him help me again on future occasions.

Andrew was unable to find a solution for our problem but it is clear to me now this is because there was not a solution. He was assisting in setting up our new monitor but I completely forgot to ask him if he could dispose of the old ones. If this is still possible I would be grateful if he could drop by and pick them up.

As usual Andrew has come to my rescue. He is so knowledgeable about his job. He is polite and listens to what I have to say and answers my questions ina way I can understand! (I am 73, so old ladies need this!!!)

GJ very professional , helpful and polite. He organised our new Apple computer, transferred data from the old one and set the new one up perfectly.And took the old one away! Couldn't ask for more! Great service thank you GJ.

rushed service; did not listen to my concerns; did not bring my old computer back when asked; asked to change the appointment twice (I happily agreed to the first time); wanted me to do his job for him in activating ESET

Jayden as before was awesome, quick at what needed to be done, very friendly which made it easier and most importantly knew what he was talking about, thanks once again will definitely be using GOW (Jayden) again and will definitely be passing on to others who need IT help.

I have found the Geeks who have come to sort out my computer problems all good. Sanju, who came to install Windows 10, was particularly good and knowledgeable about the system. My only query is the cost, but then I don't have any other computer fix it company to compare with.

Found John very knowledgeable. Have set up Lightroom and Photoshop but unable to print. Canon Pro9000 firmware and driver unavailable but this problem was overcome when purchasing the previous computer. Are you able to copy firmware from the previous device and load on to the new? Perhaps this incompatibility should have been identified and tested for at home install. (I am always prepared to accept the possibility of user error however).

He could not get Ulead Photo Express to work...for my calendars. He could not get WORD to work He could not get Evidence Eliminator to work...as I have recently changed from Win 7 to Win 10
