Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“We needed some help with our wifi setup. Anthony was brilliant and got us sorted within 45min. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Will definitely use Geeks on Wheels again.”

“We have had 3 computer repair visits from Josh and have always found him to be excellent at his job we have been computer uses for at least 25 years and probably 5 different repair companies and Geeksonwheels has been the best asJosh explains things clearly Thanks, John Moran.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to write this review. Our Tech was Charm, who presented as a clean, well-dressed young man, who exuded confidence and a friendly smile and demeanor. He immediately got down to business and I could see he was a very competent operator who quickly assessed our issues and corrected some outstanding matters on our computer. He identified changes that needed to be addressed and was an excellent communicator as went through the various procedures, and explained the relevance of the issues as he went.”

“I have used the Geeks on Wheels services a few times now and they are always fantastic at sorting out all of my tech problems. I make sure I have a list of various things that I want to install, fix, delete or rearrange on both my tablet and laptop. They are highly skilled when it comes to technology and always have the answers to my questions. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their tech.”

“Received some outstanding service from Tom the Geek and have asked that he be my preferred Geek for future IT support at my home. He fixed a difficult internet connection problem which another IT technician from another IT company gave up on fixing. After fixing the internet connection problem he ensured that the TVs in my home were able to connect to the internet and that I would be able to watch my favourite movies and history doco's. I highly recommend Tom for his great customer service and his technical ability to get my internet problem fixed. Regards, Doug”
