Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Geek technician, Ryan, was terrific - checked everything on my systems, and was informative throughout - it was everything I expected, and more Having the "servicing contract" is a fantastic option, as Geeks always available to provide internet checkup or personal visit”

“We have been using Geeks On Wheels now ever since we have had a computer which I think would have been 2007. We are completely satisfied with the work that they do. My wife has bought two laptops of them over the years, which they have serviced and maintain to a very high standard. I Have just moved into my third computer, a new build, and everything is just how I wanted it. We have had Tom for our last two or three visits and we are very pleased with him. He is young very knowledgable and polite. We intend to keep using Geeks On Wheels and have no hesitation recommending them to others. Denis And Mary Thistoll”

“They didnt have all the tools they needed, I used my time to go find tools for them and then they wanted to charged me all those extra minutes. They didn't follow up for the service of my computer.”

Hi Javier, We’re sorry to hear about this experience. We expect our team to have the right tools, respect your time, and follow up properly. I do see that your invoice was discounted to account for the time spent getting tools; however, it sounds like you had to make that happen instead of the tech who visited, adjusting that for you. I will get the technician to follow up with you regarding the lack of follow-up as it sounds like he was under the impression you were going to reach out to us which must have been a miscommunication! “Jared was very helpful. I appreciated that he used plain English language in his explanation. Ie, Not too technical. I appreciated that he checked a few things for me and gave good sound advice on different matters. Very professional Co to deal with. I’d use the service again.”

“Thanks for the puntual and positive service. Faults were addressed and repaired with little effort. Interestly, Matt spoke and worked at a speed that I kept up with. He discussed the proceedure for each item I asked for. There was a no nonsence contact with the telephone contact.”
