Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

The initial booking through your customer services officer Jenny was a great customer experience and she was very helpful. NateO then provided top customer service and explained everything in a simplistic way. He arrived on time, was very courteous, displayed good communications and was very knowledgeable. He also promoted added services that the company provided which I found helpful and provided me with some future options. I definitely will use your services again. A big thanks to all.

Ben helped us to acquire a new ASUS computer to replace a laptop and a new disc for an aging HP desktop. He smoothly guided us through the process, transferring all our data customised to our needs. He was very friendly, and kept explanations simple. We will be back when technological obsolescence requires updates and replacements. Thank you Ben Bob & Mary Watson

Rob has been helping me with an issue relating to log in problems in accessing an American organization which had changed its security codes two weeks ago. The new security code required a phone number, but my NZ phone number did not work. We contacted the IT help line in America, and got no help. The person in America said we needed a US phone number. Rob found a way around the problem by signing me up for a US phone number with an eSim. Throughout this process Rob was very fast and efficient as well as being very friendly.

Sam was very very helpful and was able to answer my, probably dumb, questions. At nearly 87 I am not at all technically minded and he was very good and didn't make me feel stupid. All being well I will take his advice and in a years time ring Geeks on Wheels for a new computer. Sam gave me 5 star service.

When I called up to get help with the problems of my phone being hacked I was told that a technician would help with that and was assured that my internet and phone would be checked and wiped of any malicious software on my phone. As it turns out the technician could not help at all with my hacking issue as they could not see it in action.... He said ge couldn't check my internet and had no device to scan my phone or check for malicious software. I was completely mislead to what geeks on wheels could offer. This was a complete waste of money and I have no results. I do not recommend this company whatsoever and should have been told on the phone before I made the appointment that they could not help me with my hacking issue. How ironic, call up a i.t specialist about scamming and instead get scammed by the I.t company.

Thought the tech needed more training on kiwisat upgrades as it took awhile to find out the LNB setting were wrong . They did agree not to charge all the time they were here
