Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Second time we have used GOW and both times it was just what we needed. Kevin was very pleasant, helpful and was able to explain things in a way we could understand

As a lay person I turned to Geeks after a friend got my printer to print. Both the printer and Laptop are about 3-4months old seldom used but always worked well as expected when used. My friend who is computer savy came and tested, uninstalled /reinstalled had the printer going., After leaving the printed failed again, hence I called Geeks. Tech arrived did tests and worked away in his silent manner/ A few questions asked were not adequately answered. U/L , D/L test were done and I was informed reading were erratic I showed him where the modem was, 8ft up in a cupboard which he replied shouldnt be there and to ring Spark. I stood and watched and waited and it became obvious my internet (Fibre) wasnt strong enough. He readjusted my Mac. We paid him his $130 and he left. I still didnt get an answer why a system that was set up correctly, working without fault, just stopped. I visited Spark, who didnt want to know about my Modem, so I rang location Chorus. Spoke to a tech who was focused on speed tests, I sent him a photo of the modem location. This was Thursday. I told him could I have a service man which he agreed to. Today is Tuesday, so I rang again. He tested and told be speed test ok, couldnt see my problem but will ring in the morning to see about a service man. I am so frustrated at the seeming lack of knowledge. I felt Geeks couldve given me something solid so I could approach bot Spark and Chorus with confidence, but no, just learnt that my printer and lap top are not working !! Sorry ,, its a 2 from me guys.

While not being able to sort out all my computer issues in the allocated time, Donovan the technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Donovan to anyone.

At around 18 month intervals we ask Geeks to carry out a check of our computers' systems and performance and have found it very good value for money. Donavan carried out this check today to the high standard that we have found Geeks personnel always provide.

We changed from having our emails hosted by iSERVE to one hosted by the Geeks. Before with iSERVE we both got about 30 scam emails a day and nothing we did could stop that. Now with the Geeks we get no scam emails. We are so happy. Thank you Geeks

Arrived on time I enjoyed his visit friendly open honest and very comfortable dealing with such a man How lucky the firm is to have such staff, I thank you very much Well presented introduction hand shake i feel fortunate to have the machine fixed Calm clear communication had some trouble with router. Lucky he sold me one. machine all fixed
