Thank you, Seth Peters, who helped me immensely! And Bravo to chapter for being so knowledgeable and honest! I've been on medicare for years, and usually navigate this system on my own. This year, with all the changes that are coming, I wanted to go with a trustworthy organization to guide me through. Chapter did just that and they will be by your side for the duration, once you get your plan. I saw them get plugged on Meidas Touch on YouTube, and I trust that channel. They definitely didn't steer me wrong! Chapter is the way to go, folks! Thanks again, Seth Peters, and Chapter!!

The agent who assisted me was Ryan Dannewitz. Ryan was extraordinarily Personable, helpful, & thorough! Ryan is, by means, an OUTSTANDING ASSET! Chapter is lucky to have such remarkably talented personnel! Ryan should be commended for his contributions!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Patrick Marlow about my Medicare plans and options, was easy to work with and explained how Medicare works, if not for Patrick I would have been lost. My husband’s Part B starts in February and I will certainly have him call Patrick!

Ashley was so informative of the healthcare aspect and she cares … wonderful lady to work with, kind, understanding very knowledgeable with all the plans . I highly recommend her getting a raise! I used Chapter in 2024 to help me select an overlay plan for my medicare coverage. The agent was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. In 2025 I tried to reach them and they never returned my calls? They were too busy I guess. So I turned to E-health. That experience was not as satisfying for me as the one I had with Chapter the year prior. So this year I reached out to Chapter on Oct. 3rd. My call was taken by a nice young man who set up an appointment with me the following week when he said he would have updated plans. He called me and spent a good 30 mins or more gathering information and then basically said there was really only one plan that he felt would fit my needs and went over that with me. Along the way I asked questions like, if I switch plans how hard is it going to be to find a new Dr.? Can you give me a list of Drs. under this plan etc. He refused to offer any of that information unless I signed up for the plan. Refused to answer numerous other questions along these same lines. Seemed to feel the plan he was referring me to was my only option, instead of giving me some choices with different pricing? So we left the call with me thinking over the new plan and set up an appointment for me to give him my answer the following week. Meanwhile I did some research on the plan which I understand only exists in California where I live. It is by a company called SCAN. Overall it has a 4.5 rating. But when I did start reading reviews it became clear that this inusurance carrier might be too good to be true. Their covereage and out of pocket expenses looked great and it would save me money. But many of the new insured folks that selected this plan last year had left reviews stating they could not get customer care to even call them back. Problems with finding Dr.s or setting up appointments with new Drs. without having SCAN first contact the DR. to approve the visit. This alarmed me. Numberous complaints about their providers and Dr's. not getting paid. The list just goes on and on. I gathered this was more of an issue with folks in Northern California vs Southern. I live in Northern California. My biggest fear about leaving my current Dr. is finding a new one as many Dr's are leaving California as it costs so much to practice here. This plan did not include my primary care. I am starting to understand why. At any rate since this review is about Chapter I will move back to them. The agent I had spoken to texted me to confirm my appointment to sign me up for SCAN. I informed him via text that I had issues with this plan and thought that perhaps staying with my United Healthcare plan in crder to keep my primary care might make more sense even though the cost was higher. His response " Oh well, call if us if you need us and good luck". Kinda mocking me for not accepting the plan. No effort to help me seek out an altermative nothing. Just "Good luck" I won't mention his name, but will say this to me is not good customer care. Like last year when I could not even get a call back. I think Chapter is a hit or miss situation depending on who you get to assist you. This young man refused to answer a lot of basic quesitons. He just wanted to go over my meds and my list of Docs then offer up a plan. Just a lot of dodging around questions about finding a new Dr. or other questions like that. And here's the problem when you leave a plan and your Dr. with no assurance that you can find a new primary care. Your meds and everything else you rely on go on hold. You no longer have anyone to refill your prescriptions. You are caught in a limbo and then have to scramble to get back onto your old plan and essentially are off your meds etc. or faced with paying full price for them in the interim. These type of reviews reflected this exact problem for a lot of the folks who had selected this plan. To me this is my worst fear. I think Chapter needs to do a better job of training their staf to answer questions and also do more research before recommending a new plan to someone that will eleminate one's primary care. Just telling someone that there are over 5000 Dr's on the list they are seeing but not providing any more information until you are signed up. At that point you up the creek without a Dr. and left scrambling with no primary care. This is irresponsible at best. In contrast to Chapter I will say E-Health was more that willing last year to provide more information along these lines. The problem with E Health last year was that they somehow failed to process my application and so I was left with no health insurance for a month and had to pay for my meds etc. out of pocket. So I personally would not recommend either of these guys. I ended up going to United Healthcare directly last year to get signed up. Also, I thought the young man's response to my text was a bit like, "see ya pick up your consolation prize at the door". He made no effort to try and help me find a different plan or even sign me up with United healtcare this year. I will again contact them direct. I don't expect to hear from anyone at Chapter about my experience. Their attitude is we have no shortage of clients so go pound sand!

Jilly was excellent and very professional. Went through everything, making sue I understood. Found a great plan, better than what I had. I have already recommended her to a friend and will do so to others. Thanks for making my day so much better.

Mr Zain Beckstead and Ms. Rachel Miller were so helpful Initially as well as afterwards solving the problem after the policy was in place. They were supportive and immediately in touch with me offering their assistance

Kelly Lindsey was helpful. She took the time to explain in detail all the aspects of enrolling. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. Her personality made it easy to stay on the phone (the phone call can be long). I enjoyed her upbeat temperament.
