“Mr. Mastermaker makes masters happen! I have been absolutely stressed out about this entire process for months and i wish i found Chapter and Jake Mastermaker sooner! (Id probably have a few less grey hairs) He is so easy and fun to talk with and made this dull experience of finding insurance a pleasure. Me and my husband were on a deadline and thought we missed our window to enroll, so we just told him to find me the best medicare advantage possible because our friends had it, i had no idea about medigap policies, and he took us through the entire process and set us up with a Plan G and my mind is completely at ease, especially with the medical conditions i have. Never did i think id laugh so much and have such a smile on my face through an insurance sales call. I wish this young man nothing but success, he is a stand up young man, who works for a great unbiased company. Thank you Jake and thank you Chapter for making this so easy. Will tell all of my friends about you guys”

“I will be completely honest, I was not expecting Vinson from Chapter to call this morning. I had been doing some research on my own for different Medicare plans on GoodRx and a bit later, I received a call from a number that identified as MedicareChapter. I didn't know where he was calling from, but he kindly identified himself and said I had been looking for help with my insurance (thinking to myself, "I was? Ohhhhh, I waaasss..."). As I have stated, I fully did not expect anyone to call me. The supplement I am on now is no longer meeting my needs so I had to find another plan, but I thought it would be up to me to so and I thought I would end up doing my own groundwork, then going into town to the brick and mortar location for my last insurance carrier to discuss my options. Vinson called though, and if I had known he was going to call, I would say he called within a very reasonable time frame from when I started looking for information, maybe within the hour or so. He also tolerantly waited and bided his time until I managed to thwack two braincells together and figure out why he would be would be calling, almost like he's been through that scenario before. Vinson gathered the necessary information and promptly found several results that fit my profile. I didn't mention it to him, but I was a bit flummoxed, as I had worked with another agent just earlier this year who told me that there were no other plans that met my needs and I was on the best one for me, HMO or PPO. That agent was also very kind and professional. He seemed like he was really up to date on the field. I really thought I had no other choices. Now actually getting into the story. Lore: I have been on Medicare and an Advantage Plan for approximately 7 years, and paying a pretty penny for it. I came from the business world, having both group insurance with BCBS and Tricare. While I know a bit about insurance, I admit I was not very savvy on how Medicare itself functions, so I found a plan online that looked like it covered everything I needed (major medical, a general practitioner, specialists, tests, meds, etc.), and signed up. I treated it like group insurance. My husband's Grandmother found out late last year that I did it this way and insisted that I speak with her agent, which is the gentleman who said that there were no other plans for me. This is what I appreciated about what Vinson did for me today: 1: He listened. He first asked me what kind of plan I was looking for, and went into his system looking to match me to as closely as possible to a plan that I wanted. 2: He was empathetic. He knew that he (and we) could do naught about my more or less wasting my time and money on the Advantage plan. Other than that, there was no need, in my eyes, for him to be apologetic for my mistake. He did address it, seemed truly regretful, and talked about trying to recuperate some funds on the new plan. 3: He was articulate and professional. During the entirety of the conversation, Vinson spoke in a composed manner, was well informed of the subject matter, and made sure I understood the subject matter and wasn't left behind. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and never felt rushed, and should I think of anything later, he gave me both an email and a phone number to reach him by. 4: He saved me money and gave me access to more services with less frustration and inconvenience. There is more I could discuss, but I have been rambling enough already. Vinson seems like a good man and an asset to his company. I would recommend asking for him. “Jilanne guided me through this process like velvet! I had done research for months and it was confusing. Having a basic idea of what I may want I came across Chapter and called. So blessed to have done so. I know I asked many questions and more than one or two times. Jilanne is a champion in my book. “I will be turning 65 in October and trying to figure out Medicare was very stressful. After speaking with Bennett Osborne with Chapter Medicare I had a better understanding about Medicare. Bennett was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. I really appreciate everything that Bennett did. Thanks for all your help.”

“James is a fantastic consultant. He really takes the time to understand your needs and concerns and then makes full disclosure recommendations - he points out the good/bad/ugly of the various options and works hard to ensure you are comfortable with your decisions. Dealing with government programs in my view is like death by a 1000 cuts! I am nominating James for sainthood for his patience in dealing with the government 'maze', yet still smiling when interacting with those of us who are making application.”
