Doug Hall did a great job of helping me understand my Medicare and related option. He patiently answered all my questions and added timely recommendations and feedback. I plan to recommend he and Chapter to others.

I heard about your company through an advertisement on Salem News Network. My husband and I contacted Geoffrey Feen because we were totally confused about all of our Medicare options that I had to make right away. Geoffrey spent a considerable amount of time with us on the phone, starting from scratch and explaining each step in detail. He told us what to look out for and what we really needed going into a very unknown future. After much study and research, we called Geoffrey back to consult with him on our final decision. Although we did not go with your company, Geoffrey was very helpful and advised us as if we were his own parents. He is an asset to your company, and you, and his parents, should be proud of the work he does to help people.

My husband and I booked an online appointment with Noah Wilson to discuss available options in our state. He was very knowledgable and evaluated our existing plans - both medical and prescription - in a brief zoom call.

James Ashton was my advisor. He found the best plan for my needs and explained it clearly so that I have comprehension of all aspects of the plan. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. I highly recommend James as an advocate. He is 5 🌟

I will be using chapter from from now on in the future because of the fact that they really care and they don't try to force anyone to take plan they will not be satisfied with the plan and my satisfaction is my fault and not yours me and the plan just don't see eye to eye or agree about their practices

Hi, Mark, was very knowledgeable not only about Chapter but all plans in general in helping me find not only best in prescriptions since I’m a chronic diabetic, but also some help in grocery aid. He was able to do quite a bit of comparison and other plans comparing 25 to year 26. I feel I now have an adequate plan that encompass my needs on my pocket.

This company is all about setting up appointments. I've had 3 set up so far and have yet to actually talk about any medicare plans. To set up an appointment then call in to make an excuse that it needs to be re-scheduled makes me think either your reps are pretending to have meetings that they don't really have?? Either way. Not impressed and will let Mercer know.

Signing up for Medicare through Chapter is so easy and informative. Tom Fehr was great to work with! He answered all my questions and concerns while being polite and understanding. I highly recommend Tom and Chapter for your Medicare needs.

Andrew was who helped us! He was so helpful and patient. I am not the most tech savvy person but he took his time to help explain what I needed to do and what are choices were. I very highly recommend!!

We're so grateful for this service! It can be really confusing and incredibly frustrating searchable for the right coverage to meet our needs. However, we're so thankful and indebted to our assigned "Angel" Derrick Muntz who saved us from going bonkers! He patiently got us to the right coverage to meet our needs and professionally supported us with ALL our questions and answers to meet our lifestyle choices. I was hesitant about calling, but I really needed to talk to someone about getting robbed by our current insurance. I was quite surprised with Chapter’s customer service. Right away I knew I was in the right place. Jilly put me at ease and was very knowledgeable on the prices and how it all works. Within a half hour we were saving a total of $4,000. Being on a fixed income that really really was necessary. If you are like me and hesitate about calling, don’t!! You will be pleasantly surprised at the results. Another thing before I leave… was an English speaker from USA, meaning I didn’t have to deal with a heavy accent ! That was a big plus! Thank you Chapter and Jilly for your kindness and help.
