“Working with Tristan was informative and helpful. I had read Ari Parker's book "Not That Complicated" (a easy but informative explanation of Medicare) and had an idea of what we thought we should do but Tristan provided more background, context, and details so that our decision made even more sense. He provided a lot of information on our first call then set up a second call to allow us to think about it and determine any additional questions. The second call happened as scheduled, answered questions, and he completed our application for Supplemental Insurance while we were on the phone. He has set up a third call in a couple of months to confirm we have applied for Part B and Part D or answer any more questions. We truly appreciate the service offered by TMG and Chapter!”

“I'm very happy with the results from Charter. Jonathan McKnight was extremely knowledgeable about our options, explained them with great clarity, and answered all questions to our total satisfaction. I thought this might be a painful and drawn out process. Instead Jonathan came prepared with solutions tailored for us and we were able to finalize everything in a single day. He had an array of tools at his fingertips to shorten the process and used them so efficiently that it was a quick and painless process. I will happily recommend Charter and especially Jonathan in the future.”

“I paid for dental/vision benefits through UHC and they don’t cover denture cost, nor the devices to attach dentures. Last year I had the benefit and was given the $500 prepaid visa to use towards paying for dentures. Although it does not even cover half of the cost, it was a benefit for having the coverage since I would not be getting any mouth exams, or cleanings obviously! In 2024/2025: THEY BASICALLY HAVE RIPPED everyone whom continues coverage off. UHC IS NOT STATING THAT THE FLEX BENEFIT IS NO LONGER INCLUDED. Well, that is all I know, because when I call UHC and ask about it, UNITED HEALTHCARE HANGS UP OR NEVER CALLS BACK! What a RIP OFF!”

“James was great help for me as it is my first time getting Medicare. He was very patient and kind as I was unable mentally to do it myself. I had to rest and he called back the next day to complete my application with me. James is also very knowledgeable and professional at his job. I would definitely recommend this company and also James and Dave!! Job well done!!”
