“Ari and Lindsey truly put my mind at ease, when I first began with Chapter I was overwhelmed with so much information and nothing was making sense. After my first conversation Ari put my mind at ease and assured me that he was here as an Advisor and not selling me a particular package only what fit my needs. Lindsey reached out to me because Ari was on vacation and the service was seamless. Once I was approved for Medicare Part A and B, Lindsey reached out to me again to complete my Medicare Advantage Plan, I received a Plan with a $75 monthly towards my monthly Part B which is a big bonus. I am a Veteran and with my Medicare Plan outlined by Chapter, I feel like no one else had my back like Chapter. Thank you for looking out for my best interest.”

“This is/was my first contact with such a 'service" as yours so I have nothing to compare it too. However, I can not imagine any one doing a better job at explaining the benefits and carefully listening to my questions as we progressed in the phone call. Based on this initial exposure to your company I would recommend Chapter to all my friends. Chapter is very fortunate to someone like Doreen with the right balance of professionalism, patience, understanding and most of all approachable friendliness working with them.”

“I can't express how grateful I am for Chapter and the assistance they provided in navigating what can be a very overwhelming and complicated process of choosing the right Medicare coverage. I was lucky enough to be paired with Lindsey who walked my mother and I through what everything meant, utilized the powerful technology Chapter has available to easily compare all the options, and shared his industry expertise with us to help my mother find the best Medicare coverage she needed. “I just wanted to leave a message for anyone who is thinking about using Chapter. They are a excellent company. I just got off of the phone with Marsh, and she was very helpful. Her caring and customer service and willingness, to make sure I understand everything. Was very reassuring. Marsh was so patient and knowledgeable in helping me set up my new Humana prescription, Insurance plan. She answered all my questions and looked up my prescriptions and gave me the costs and in some cases, it was better to use the Good RX card that she offered to send me. Marsh also called my doctor's, to let them know about my new health insurance. If I needed to go see them, she made sure that they had my new cards. All I had to do, was call them for and appointment. We then discussed the best delivery options to receive my medications. Marsh went above and beyond answering my questions I would absolutely not hesitate to text or call Marsh, for anything I needed help on. She is easily a 5 star, Chapter employee.”

“Re: Daniel Galaviz.....I'm writing to congratulate you for having Daniel Galaviz on your Medicare team. Just a hell of a nice guy, great sense of humor and very, very smart. He patiently took my many, many questions and patiently explained and sometimes re-explained, and never once indicated a negative, impatient attitude. (I'm not sure I would have been so nice.) Furthermore, his clarity in explaining a policy (an absurdly complicated policy) was actually both interesting and informative. He even laughed at some of my dark observations about life. I look forward to working with your support group. I found you mentioned in a NY Times article, and you all seem to be the real deal. All the best to Daniel and your team. “Excellent service! The rep assigned to me, Astha, was professional, knowledgeable and polite. She answered my questions completely and provided all the information I needed, including links to the relevant docs. The Medicare process is entirely too complex with a a myriad of options and I greatly appreciated the guidance and simplicity offered by Chapter.”

“I researched my Medicare options quite a bit before calling Chapter to see if they could come up with something better. Sure enough, James came up with an excellent plan that I had not even heard of before, and from a major insurance provider. I am really pleased with James's clear explanation of options and features, and also their mission to thoroughly research all available options before making a recommendation rather than just promoting one or two providers.”

“Dave was priceless in the help he gave us! He stayed on the phone to help as we tried to get out of the plan we already set up for 2023. I felt misled by the plan. I needed a supplemental plan and was set up on an advantage plan. Of course it didn't help I realized this on the last day to sign up. He kept me calm when nobody seemed to be able to help us. Dave had so much knowledge and advice it was amazing! He managed to get everything set up the right way. The plan we were set up on for my husband was the best! He returned calls, and that was important to me. We will go to him every year now. I will also pass his name to people I know who struggled this year. I just can't say enough about the way he does his job!”

“Thomas was great, patient, clear and personable. I have a traumatic brain injury and it is difficult for me to accurately take in information as well as to convey it. Thomas could not have done any better in dealing with my disability. I have referred several people to him. I would have written this review sooner but just found it now. Thanks so much, Thomas.”
