“What seemed to be a very overwhelming and exhaustive process was simplified once I contacted Medicare Advisor Thomas Pruitt. He was extremely patient, professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him as well as the book that he suggested I read, "It's Not That Complicated" by Ari Parker.”

“The process of signing up for Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan is very confusing and complex for newcomers. I had conversations with several different advisers and agents (from other organizations) before I found Thomas Pruitt of Chapter. He was outstanding -- gave me calm, clear information and asked questions that guided us toward choosing the best plan for me. My wife will soon be signing up, and I'm going to tell her to call Thomas!”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Mitchivena T. (Mimi). She was resourceful, professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I am a first time Medicare/S.S. client and was feeling overwhelmed with information! My financial advisor had referred me to Chapter and I am so grateful to have had all of my confusion erased in ONE phone call. “Nicole was very nice. She was knowledgeable and patient. We looked at different medication policies and found the best for my situation. She said she would be alert for any changes in other secondary insurance policies that could possibly lower the premiums. Very pleased”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Lindsey K today. He was resourceful, professional, congenial, and knowledgeable. I have talked to other companies prior to speaking with Lindsey K today and walked away from the conversation feeling overwhelmed with information Lindsay K did not make me feel that way and I did with him in a little over an hour what was taking over 2 hours with other companies.”

“Lyndsey was professional, knowledgable, and extremely patient with all my questions, presenting good and creative options that fit my situation. He did not overwhelm me with too much information, but was thorough and helped me evaluate the long term consequences of the decision without pressure, even agreeing we should both sleep on it overnight to see how it settled. The next day he had even more valuable input. I feel secure and comfortable with the decision making process and outcome due to the excellent advisor I found in Lyndsey at Chapter.”

“As a new subscriber I woule like to report my experience so far w/ Chapter/Alignment Health. I have had several minor possibile catastophes tith this cang on 1 Jan, 2023 First my PCP/health group called and said they were not participating, though they were on the network list in November. The situation was temultous. My husband was just released from back surgery hosiptalzation. I was due to go in for lung surgery in 10 days and trying to cover myself as his caregiver. I called alignment and Christian offered to find a new PCP. I was so overburdened and he found someone available, I have had my intro visit, she is a great provider and this huge event smoothed right out with is help in very little time, usng the same medical group and the same doctors in place. Next I received a call from the medical group that they would not accept a previous referral for a behavorial support. This was solved by Ken in a 3 way call with the medical group and myself w/Alignment again offering to smooth the way for me as the medical group did not understand the procedure. For the last few weeks I have been receiving texts from CVS saying they are ordering a refill. This is several weeks now and the text are the same: “They are ordering”. I called CVS and they said I should “call around”. I called Alignment and Christian says he will do some research about this. I am so grateful for your team. At this point I am overwhelmed with my own therapy and worsening condition, my responsibilites to my husband who can no longer care for himself and managing all the systems that make a family run. It seems like Alignment knows how to get the job done. With much appreciation, D”
