“Lovely company. Website was easy to use and the Web chat feature was helpful for query I had before purchase. I received emails to keep me up to date on the bed being made and delivery arrived on time on the date selected. The only delivery available in our area was the standard courier delivery meaning we had to construct the bed from scratch ourselves, which was a little disappointing. Overall a good experience with the company.”

“I first stumbled upon Get Laid Beds when visiting my dad’s new house. He’d bought himself a Low Oriental Bed in walnut. I liked the look of it and made a mental note to buy one for myself. Soon afterwards an opportunity to redecorate my flat arose. I painted my room pink and opted for a super-kingsize Tokyo Bed (space saver) in Honey. Despite feeling huge and taking up space, the bed actually made my room look bigger. I love the oriental and minimalist frame and the floating shelves enhance the authenticity of the overall look. The ordering and delivery process was easy and the bed arrived within a matter of days.”

“We got a four poster bed from Get Laid Beds. Emailed communicating progress weee great and it was delivered on exactly the day scheduled. For a four poster it was super easy to assemble. We went for the 5000 spring mattress and I have to say it is the best bed I have ever slept it.”

“The bed we ordered (Ottoman Bed) seems solid and of good quality. Unfortunately Get Laid Beds didn't pack the correct slats size so we had to wait another week to finish building our new bed...”

“Love the new bed! The assembly instructions were a little confusing as I thought I had been sent a single bed, instead of the double I ordered. But I got in touch via email and the team set me straight and I did in fact have the parts for my double! Feels very sturdy, I don't think it'll be falling apart any time soon!”

“First let me say I am very pleased with the bed frame; however, I thought you might like to know more about my experience- should it be useful for I.proving customer satisfaction. * one of the side panels arrived with a silver stain on the white surface- which I have now virtually removed by rubbing repeatedly with cloth. * 4 additional holes on the headboard legs which did not appear on the assembly drawing. * for slat positioning, a pre cut spacer for positioning slats would have speeded up assembly for me.”

“Very happy with my bed. Every piece fitted perfectly, easy to put together and very solid. This is not your cheap MDF bed, they are fantastic for the money and well made pieces of kit. I was so impressed I was tempted to buy a mattress from them based on the quality of the bed alone but they were a little out of my price range. All in all a fantastic purchase and peace of mind with the 11 year guarantee.”

“Love my new Get Laid Beds oriental space saver bed! It fits beautifully leaving plenty of space in the rest of the bedroom. The bed is excellent quality, the wood is beautiful and it was very easy to assemble (for a non-handy person!) Delivery was super quick too. Highly recommended - by me and my dogs ! Thanks GLB!”

“I spent a ridiculous amount of researching beds before I settled on this company. This is mainly because U am fed up with buying cheaper beds that break within a couple of years. My single Space Saver Platform bed is great! Totally solid, the slats are wide and thick and wide and don’t creak! I was kept informed of the production and delivery targets throughout. 👍”

“I purchased a "Low Tokyo Bed" a couple years ago & loved it. Just today I assembled two "Four Poster Beds" for my daughters. A few canopy's and ferry lights, and they're genuinely princess beds! My daughters are so excited & I am very pleased with the quality.”

“One star is too many, the instructions are just pictures, the wood is supposed to have fully predrilled holes except the bed I ordered certainly didn't so on trying to complete the hole the drill bit broke. Phoned and had someone say but it's just pine one too many times as though what was my problem! I have built lots of furniture and this was just rubbish, however, they kindly offered to send out a replacement part which should have arrived yesterday but now received email confirmation arriving next week... so my daughter will have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for a fortnight! And don't get me started on the underbed drawer, what a piece of junk certainly not worth a fraction of what I paid, save your money and buy elsewhere, I do not recommend!!”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. We can see that you have been in contact with the customer service team. They have informed you that you had assembled the frame incorrectly, based on a YouTube video that pertains to a different bed entirely. You were dissatisfied when they requested for you to rebuild it properly in order to determine if the issues you were encountering persisted. As previously mentioned, the frame size you received does not include a central support as a standard feature. As there is slightly more flex in the slats than expected we will be sending you a central support, along with other components of the bed that we believe will assist in resolving this issues you have experienced now that the bed has been assembled correctly.
