The independent contactor that came to my house today to remove a. Ouch and love seat . He scratched my wood floor and when I brought it to his attention he said go buy some putty and fix it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They hire independent contractors and you have to deal with them to get the damage repaired. I am not holding out hope to have this fixed by him.

Twice they never showed up. Excuse was either they didn't have any service to provide and we received no updates after 2 days of waiting. Should send them an invoice for our wait time. Can't recommend at all.

I was charged as soon as I booked. I ended up needing to cancel my request for pickup and was told that I would still be charged 20% even though I canceled a full 2 days in advance. There is nothing on the website or information that was sent to me about a cancellation fee. Part of the reason I picked LoadUp was because I was worried I would have to cancel and it specially says on the site to just call at least 24 hours in advance. I would have been fine with the fee if I had known in advance. It just seems sneaky and purposefully hidden.

Worst experience, I would never use them again. They gave us an 8 AM to 12 window called at 12 said they’d be there at one at one no one showed up we kept calling the driver never answered we called the company the company tried calling the driver no answer and by 230 we left. We wasted almost our whole day waiting for them and they never showed up and now they don’t wanna give us our money back and it wasn’t even her fault. Never never never never use them..

Locally, the service with Mario was wonderful! Great customer service punctual and professional! The prohibitive price from your corporate office for solely 8 items is astronomical and out of this world! The reason for my 1 rating!

Wish I had seen the reviews before I booked this company. BEWARE. It only gave me an option for a 12 hour window! The local company hired did call right at 8 am and confirmed it would be "late afternoon" then radio silence ALL DAY. Website updated to day 4-5 pm arrival. At 5pm changed to 5-6. at 6pm changed to 6-7pm. At 6:50 driver finally called and said that they were sent on a job with way way more clean up than they were told. (NOT MY PROBLEM) then wanted to reschedule to tomorrow! I have painters coming at 8am and I cannot trust that they will actually show up at 7 as promised. They say they are on their way from Henderson but that is 45 minutes away easily in Vegas traffic on a Friday night. Their trailor is already full so not sure where they are going to put a giant 6 piece sectional but hey they have been paid so does it really matter. DO NOT BOOK through LoadUp. They do not tell their local hired people accurate information and the customer pays financially and in every other way possible. Won't make this mistake again.

bait and switch situation! I asked for all my furniture to be donated to Veterans or Battered women ! Walked out to hacking up a pottery barn bench with cubbies and baskets ! The 2 guys were very nice , but they had been told all my pickup went to junk… I’m sad that this happened , I could have easily taken this piece myself ! Along with price increase quated $315, went to $550

I had to click on a star...Buyer BEWARE! This company is horrible! From the initial quote to the company they contracted with locally - disappointing. I was told that they would donate what could be donated and then toss the rest. Not what the local pick up guy shared. Loadup, maybe get your company values aligned with the contractors you work with or don't promise what you can't deliver. We packed up garbage in bags so it would be easier for the pick up crew. I was given a pick up window from 8-12, had the contractor been given all 22 pictures maybe he would have shown up at 8am and the job could have been completed in time for us to leave. We worked 2 days to get the house ready because we were on a very tight schedule, had the company come at 8am it would have been done in the appropriate time frame. - The contractor they hired here locally was not given accurate information on the pick up so when he arrived our expectations were not aligned. Not at all upset with the local pick up company he was misinformed as well. They make you pay up front, I'll never do that again! They offered up many solutions none of which would work for the tight schedule we were on... They refused to give me a full refund so I had no choice but to deal with their solution. We've had to reschedule our flight to accommodate the 2nd contractor that Loadup sent out(their solution)- because they wouldn't give me a full refund, full fee was $3100, they would have kept half. So, extra money spent to change flight- So happy we could accommodate your company, it's just more money, right? - Your company is a joke. Beyond upset with this company, I will never suggest them to anyone. People in California or Nevada DO NOT USE LOAD UP!!!

The person took the garbage that the mattresses came in and then left it on our street. We would have had a ticket had we not seen it. We would’ve been better off had he just said he doesn’t remove junk.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAM COMPANY.... I booked a sofa removal for today. I am getting a new one and needed this one gone TODAY to make room for for it. I booked time and PREPAID. Last night I get a call from a caller ID that states its a Medical company. They are calling to verify my booking. Red Flag #1 Then today I get a text stating unforeseen problem with my order we will do our best to complete pickup today. So I call and get run aground I ask to speak to manager and I am told i am being transferred to one. Turn's out they train their reps to pose as managers. He wasn't a manager at all. Finally I demand to speak to one. Told multiple times NO. Then finally get one on the phone that is BEYOND RUDE. I am told I did not pay upfront and the service is if we can get around to you we will and then you pay. This was a LIE. They authorized my card when I chose the PREPAY option. This is just a third party company that takes your money and hires another company to actually do the work. So, if they can find someone cheap enough they will hire them and then take a cut. When they cant find someone they will just not show up nor call you.

I received a quote for removal of a mattress and a bookcase. When loader arrived, they arrived without any professional moving and packing equipment, resulting in a mess of wood chips and dust in the hallway of my apartment building. They also damaged the elevator of the apartment building as the bookcase was not padded, resulting in a $400 charge from my building. The loaders charged me $40 more than the upfront quote for the removal of two items. BE AWARE THAT THEIR UPFRONT GUARANTEED PRICING IS NOT GUARANTEED!!!! The new charge was not communicated to me until AFTER everything was done and they refused to leave without payment, with NO EXPLANATION OF THE EXTRA COST. I contacted LoadUp customer service and they refused to take accountability, saying that it was a "connect" order. It is fraud and false advertising at the very least. At every stage of the process they told me my "Loaders" and LoadUp Team were on their way, which led me to believe they would take accountability for the actions of their team. BE AWARE WHEN GOING THROUGH LOADUP THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CONTRACTORS! you may end up with responsibility for extra costs with no explanation, and for damages to your property during removal.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked LoadUp to come to my office on 9/1 - Fri. of a holiday weekend. Their business model is to pay upfront via cc. Despite many text confirmations, I waited all day & they never came. Their m.o is to apologize profusely, promise to make it right & reschedule. I rescheduled for 9/6. Once again, waited all day & they never came. Once again, they apologized & asked to reschedule. Do not use this co. if reliability or timeliness is important to you.

So we needed a couch removed well the people show up and everything seems fine unfortunately they didn't come until late and it was dark out well they acted like they were going to load it well they didn't and we woke up the next morning with the couch in the woods behind our apartment and our complex trying to fine us I will not be using load up again especially if this is how they treat us.
