Do not schedule with these people. They never came in my 4 hour window, and after two more hours and 4 phone calls to them I had to cancel. I don't believe that they ever had a driver scheduled for me. It was a total waste of 6 hours of my day for nothing. The only offer was $15 off. Don't waste your time and money.

The worst experience ever! Do not use this company they will just outsource the work to a sub--contractor that cannot complete the job hire for. Then they will go back and forth over a refund for the inconvenience. I have so much more to say but I will leave it at SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

We were given a 12 hour service window (ridiculously large service window!!) and the person didn’t show up until 11.5 hours into that window. THEN, I got a text asking for another $16 to be added to my bill, I suppose for a tip? Chutzpah!! First and last time using this service.

Very bad experience! They are crooks! I was waiting 6 hours they never show up and then I call and ask my money back but they refuse and refund just half after few of my calls. They want you to pay upfront and then after you pay they are trying to find some local mover in your area. If they couldn't find and you ask money back they return only half what you pay. Do not recommend and will never use them again.

Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 8AM-12PM , no show- attempted to call and message number given several times no answer. Around 3PM LoadUp rep called and said they would need to reschedule. Thursday they show up - one guy who could not load the large/heavy mattress by himself. I had to help ( I have back issues and should not be lifting heavy things. ) However the driver was a nice guy . I would definitely not recommend.

They arrived a day later then requested despite confirming the original date. Showed up late the day they did actually show up. They state on the website 2 people will come to remove the furniture, but only one did so it took nearly 5 hours to remove 7 pieces of furniture. I was using them to clear an apartment before I moved, but ended up having to delay the move because of them. Any attempts to contact their support were meant with silence or them telling me “We do see that your order was completed and that we were ultimately able to provide the service.”. So if you actually want to get a junk removal service that will show up on time and with the correct amount of people I would look elsewhere!

We purchased a mattress, and UpFront confirmed they would pick up the old mattress on three different dates. Each day I had to reach out to ensure they were still coming. The next day they sent an apology stating they could not find a partner to pick up the mattress. Due to rain and HOA requirements, we had to move the bed back into the garage nightly. We were told for the 3rd time they would be here today (11/13) to p/u mattress. I texted at 2p inquiring if they would be here today, and the response was we couldn't find anyone to make this p/u. I provided the name and number of another company's pick-up contact. They contacted this company, and my mattress was picked up. They need to be upfront about arranging p/u and need more connections to provide this service. This is the company Helix Mattress uses for FREE pick-up.

I paid for Loadup to pickup my couch. They couldn't find a loader in our area even though we are in a supported city, so they opted to just not fill the order we paid for. We're out $114 and still have our couch that we need removed.

This is a scam. The positive reviews are obviously fake. I will not repeat yet again what they dif, but professional is not a word that belongs in the review. One person working, at snails pace. Horrible. The best thing you can do is stay away at all costs.

I would give them no stars if I could: this was a complete waste of time. The booking was easy enough but they no-showed the job while making deceptive excuses along the way. The 'loader' was particularly rude and snarky via text message. Save time by booking with an actual 'local' company with local operatives. Their guy started his day in Waco, ~90 miles away, and never got to the job site.

the worst. Two days in a row they sent one person, not a "Team". the first time, without a mask as I had requested. They said they would make it up to me by refunding the cost, but then one of them called me back and said that they couldn't refund it all because the one guy did take some items. This is a scam. Do not go near them, no matter how they advertise. You pay in advance, which makes sense. I doubt I will ever see a penny. I will take them to court.

I ordered a pickup for a mattress and was given a 12 hour window for pickup. I waited at home for the entire time. I received no communications from LoadUp during that time. With thirty minutes to go (7:30PM) I tried to call, was unable, texted them and they said that they were having difficulties getting someone to come. At 8:30, I again contacted them with text and was informed that no one was coming and asked if the next morning would be OK. I said yes, and then waited all through the next morning and no one came. When I again communicated (phone) with them they said that they could have someone come the next day between 8 and 12. I agreed...the folks came at 1:30 the next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I was left in the dark 3/ I had to beg to have the service provider come on Sunday to deliver a service scheduled for Saturday. I am really disappointed and I need a refund please

Would never have them again. Their guys felt like the job was to much for them. My husband had to help load the furniture. We had a sofa hide a bed to be picked up and they said if they knew they were picking up a sofa, they would not had taken the job!!! They asked if I had rugs to protect my flooring , wanted to know if my husband had a hammer and screw driver to take the table apart!! Have mercy!Mercy!! Should had called. "Got Junk". They are much more professional than Load Up. Plus I got a call from Load up after they left saying they were going to charge me more than what I was quoted for the job because it was to heavy. Could not have a conversation with the caller bcuz it was all recorded. Tried to call them back and always got a recording. Will call "Got Junk" the next time I want my things hauled away. So so upset over LoadUp!!!

Can’t leave zero stars…..but THESE PEOPLE WANTED $116 TO REMOVE 6 EMPTY BOXES!!!!!!! THAT IS $20 PER BOX. This company is a rip off…..what I told the guy was we moved and I had at least 6 cardboard boxes that I filled with cut up cardboard from our move. Also had some extraneous things such as a ladder and bins that previous owner left…..so the NEW PRICE WAS estimated to be $500…..for cardboard….that you can recycle…..this company should be ashamed of itself….what a rip off….don’t do business unless you are ready to pay through the nose for picking up empty boxes. Apparently they really don’t listen to you when you call and tell them what you want removed.

Terrible customer service. Original time of 12-4p pushed back to 6-7p w/o a call to confirm if time was good. I reworked my schedule to be home during that time and no one came. After leaving several voice-mail and text voicing my annoyance, it was arranged for another vendor to p/u my sectional. I would never recommend your services.

DO NOT use this service if you have any type of time frame requirement whatsoever. Please don't be fooled by the option to choose your preferred time. They told me after the fact that they take zero responsibility for the time frame no matter how long it takes. Also, you cannot actually track the delivery. There is just an estimate that you are sent, but in my experience it means nothing. Here is my experience: LoadUp accepted my request for 8am to noon pickup, but informed me around 9am on pickup day that they didn't have someone until 6:30pm. I asked for earlier as I was moving out of my apartment and they said sure someone will come at 4pm. No one came until 7pm (this was a pattern where they would WAY over promise and completely under-deliver. they seem to have zero consequences for agreeing to something they can't follow through on). I had noted my couches were heavy, but the person who came didn't bring someone to help and therefore couldn't remove them. You would think LoadUp would ensure 2 people came to load my couches, but no they say that isn't their responsibility. I was rescheduled for the next day between 8am-noon and again around 10am they informed me they didn't have anyone. After so many phone calls and another day of staying home and waiting a loader finally came at 3pm. The loader was great, but I would have much rather worked with him directly rather than go through this awful company. The most they offered to refund me for all of the trouble they caused was $10. Every time I called to talk to customer service, it took many tries and many times of explaining the same thing over and over to different people who were equally unhelpful. They only care about getting the money from the customer initially, not making sure your service happens in a timely manner. Find a loader on your own. I thought going through a company meant more accountability, but from my interactions it is clear it doesn't. Not worth the fees they are charging.

The truck was an hour late, and they had no way to load it. The "helper" was useless just stood around. They had to borrow TWO fork lifts from our tenant to load it. Next time I'll use a more professional company.
