Will never use again. Terrible customer service, we’re so unhelpful and took incredibly too long to come up with a solution. $800 wasted because of them.

Booked same-day pick up around 1pm and was told the window was 8am-8pm. This was fine as I did not have plans until a little bit later. 8:15pm rolls around so I call. Wait on hold for a while and am told they are unable to reach the contractor and they could reschedule for tomorrow. I said I would need a small discount all things considered. This could have been $1 - just something to show they were willing to make up for not holding up their end of the bargain. Unfortunately the rep blamed the independent contractor (not their fault, was clearly a script). Ultimately if this company is going to promise a service, they should perform it as agreed or accept full responsibility when they cannot.

Loadup took three attempts over four days to pick up my mattress. I spent 5 hours waiting the first time, 5 hours the second time and an hour the third time. Nothing but lame excuses each time! They'll probably find a way to delete my post but it is exactly the truth, no exaggeration. The manufacture was upset with them also. I think if they can find an alternative solution, they will.

Missed 4 hour window-Missed second time scheduled-missed pickup the next day. I'm sure they will refund and blame a contracted driver but it's on them for hiring out unreliable services. Go elsewhere Go local

Originally, delivery scheduled for a 12 hour window. On day of service, expected a more targeted window. Instead, received a single morning text and then heard nothing at all from the company. At 6 pm I attempted to cancel by the provided chat link. Over 30 minutes, the company provided only a single response. Was notified 3 minutes before the end of the 12 hour window that the driver was on the way and then got a call from the driver 15 minutes later. No excuse for this kind of unprofessional lack of communication. Never again.

Wow, what horrible service. They were 10 hours late picking up my mattress without so much as an apology. When I wrote to customer service, they blew me off and just sent me a survey instead of actually getting ahold of the driver or solving my problem. If I could rate lower, I would. Also, asking me to review your bs company 20 times is crazy. Enjoy your 1 star reviews.

Had an appt for 8-12 am to remove a sectional to make room for my newly ordered one. No one showed!! They offered to reschedule for another day, I said they could come later that day please!! They booked me for 12-8pm…no one showed again. Said they couldn’t get anyone to come. Whole day wasted. I didn’t realize having a confirmed appt was only based on their ability to find a sub contractor loader the day of😖

After waiting three hours the driver said he had truck problems, and couldn't pick up today. I has to call him three times to find out he wouldn't be there. No way to run a business! He should have called me when his truck broke down. I want my money back!! Don't use this company!!!

Horrid system. You don't truly have a confirmed appointment even though they take payment and say you do. They then state via automation they are working on confirming order. You do not know if they are showing up or not as you can't speak to anyone.

Driver never showed up and then they wanted to only refund $10 of the $134 that I paid. Don't use this company. It's a scam.

like everyone else, no driver ever showed up despite them giving us a phone number. When you call customer service you just sit on hold for 5 mins then it asks you to leave a message. Do not use this service its a fraud.

Terrible service, they could not find a driver after having my booking made days in advance and processing my payment. Very late to tell me this and leaving me to have to find another company. No answer from customer service on processing my refund.

Terrible! Would not use this company. Have waited more than 12 hours for a crew over 3 days and been rescheduled twice. Promises go unfulfilled and all they can do is say sorry. I’ve asked for a vacated rental property to be cleaned out, paid up front and have had no crews show up. Excuses and more. Find a different service within the Pinellas area.

Loader didn’t show on the booking date. Loader called and said he would be there the next morning but didn’t show at that time either. Pick up was completed the next evening

I will NEVER use LoadUp again! Horrible experience from start to finish. Choose J DOG junk removal instead! It helps Veterans!

Scheduled a pickup, but no one ever showed up. I asked for a refund and they gave me half of my money back. This company is unethical. They schedule a service, don't show up after making me wait all day and then won't give me my money back. What a joke. I will ensure that I tell everyone I know not to use this company as they are a rip off. I would give them a 0 star for customer service if there was one.

We thought this would be a great way to either donate or recycle. We got charged almost $100 for pick up to be thrown into our dumpster illegally, which was 30 ft from our apartment. This was a small sofa. We could have done that for FREE, and they refused to refund our money when we showed pictures of what happened. I have told all my family and friends how much of a scam this company is. NEVER USE THEM!!!
