Paid $129 to have them remove my king box springs and mattress. Driver showed up while I was at work and loaded the box springs and stole my bed frame and left the mattress on my porch. The instructions clearly stated he was picking up a box springs and mattress and never mentions him removing my bed frame that I just purchased. Customer service is horrible and in my opinion definitely not worth the $129 especially if they have thieves working for them. I was told this guy might be illiterate and if that’s the case he shouldn’t be in charge of reading work orders. I have cameras and he spent a good 15 minutes moving the mattress around to get the bed frame. Very sketchy company. I’m giving them until tomorrow to return my bed frame before I file a burglary report. I would not recommend them or their company. Absolutely horrible experience. Plus I still have to pay to get my damn mattress removed.

BEWARE!!!! Yes I had a bad experience. Did not know these are subcontracted workers. Which is fine. But know who you're hiring, they put a huge gouge in our pergo floor removing a couch out of the living room. Then almost knocked the hallway light right out of its circuit. Until I told them they were going to knock it off! Just very unprofessional. I would not refer anybody to this company!! AGAIN BEWARE!!!!

LoadUp scheduled a time to assemble a bed for me, between 12:00 and 4:00 on Friday. Friday morning I was contacted and told they had an issue, could I be flexible and extend time from 8:00 to 8:00. It was an inconvenience, I cancelled appointments, but I agreed. After sitting home all day, at 3:00 I was advised I am out of their area and they cannot set up the bed. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Be wary of their terms and conditions. If you cancel in advance for any reason they still charge you a cancellation fee.

You sent one guy with a Honda Ridgeline to remove a king size mattress and a 65 inch tv. Both of which I had to help move and load. Totally unprofessional. I paid $175 for this "service". I will not use this company ever again.

Save yourself the headache, reconsider before joining LoadUp as a vendor. A month ago, I signed up for the 'Connect' program, was told I only had access to these orders. However, I received a 'Standard' order with conflicting SOPs on my first job. I faced moral dilemmas over an appliance removal's warranty as a result. LoadUp support added even more confusion to the situation insisting I destroy it. Hunting for a place to junk it took three hours of my time and off my route. After completing the task, LoadUp said they would increase my payout due to inconvenience, yet the final invoice they told me to submit did not reflect that. To add insult to injury, they deducted $30 for a background check charge. Seeing 'Standard' orders integrated into the app and NO "Connect" orders coming in, I reached out to cancel, seeking a refund. My account manager advised waiting until the second month, but I insisted on an immediate refund, risking the potential for another credit card charge. On Jan 24th, my account manager called to deny a refund, claiming I ignored a 'Connect' order. Feeling deceived, I questioned why big corporations evade accountability, unlike small businesses. This experience has been far from positive. LoadUp is not a customer first business, and the reason I know this, is they are ok with stealing money from small businesses who service their clients. LoadUp's resolution to the entire matter was summarized by basically calling me a liar, denying any sense of wrong doing, denying my refund, and trying to get me to signup an additional month.

Very dissatisfied. They did not honor their quoted price and the driver wanted a lot more money. I think the drivers get paid directly which is why everyone says its impossible to get a refund from loadup. Please dont get cheated like I did. Hire someone else and dont do biz with loadup.

This company is a gang of thieves. Absolute THIEVES. I quoted online and was given a price. I provided accurate descriptions and photographs of the items to be removed. But when the loader got there, he decided to charge us more than double what we had been quoted. He had us by the short hairs; unfortunately, we had to acquiesce to this highway robbery and pay the outrageous price. After he left, we complained to LoadUp, and they said the original quote should have been honored. But the credit card was run by the thief who came, not LoadUp. So they had no control over getting the refund. Months later and we are still out our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOADUP.

DO NOT pay upfront!! They are quick to charge you upfront but not to fully refund you. After online quote website was glitching and order processed as Small load instead of Medium load then I called in and rep asked me for pictures to better customize pricing, and then he took more than 1 hour to review the pictures. Quote came back way higher than expected, I decided to cancel and then because more than 1 hour has passed (not my delay) I got a 20% cancellation fee Lol, what a setup. Shame on LoadUp!! and is not all about money, it's about the way you handle it and we were just starting Lol, I can't imagine what else I would have been exposed to during the rest of the service. No thank you.

Horrible company with bad customer service! Loader was over 5 hours past their 4 hour window for service. When I tried to cancel I was told I would be charged 50% for cancelling on the same day! Very rude and unprofessional people!!!

This was the absolute worst experience. 1. The movers were an hour and a half late after they told me they would arrive by 10am. 2. Between LoadUp and the movers they selected there was NO communication in regard to securing the walls with cardboard as it stated in the moving agreement provided to them and mind you, they signed the agreement 3. The contracted movers that LoadUp selected had to some back a 2nd day and STILL did not remove everything as they were paid to do and their response was " my truck is full" 4. I had to hire another moving company to come and finish the job and of course pay more money 5. Communication with customer service SUCKS!!!!!! 6. You are literally gambling if you choose this company. They contract your job out and good luck with who you get. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Moving is already stressful but to have to move an office adds a higher level. This whole experience with this company was something I would not wish on my worst enemy!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Buyer beware... They gave us a price for clearing out an office space and quit before it was finished. They caused damage to the hallways of the building and are now enforcing a 14 day claim rule even though they knew about the damage well before. We had to hire another company to finish the job. The additional cost was $4,000 and they credited us $700 for the work they did not do. Customer service was less than stellar. I will say the crew that did the work was good to work with for what they got done. As for the company, I could not recommend them less. They added way more stress to an already stressful situation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of a company takes money weeks in advance to guarantee a service and then cancels the morning of? And they don’t return the entire amount you paid even though THEY were the ones who cancelled! And good luck trying to get through to them, they don’t respond. Horrible company.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF LOADUP. There's a reason their prices are so low. Before you make the decision to employ Loadup, please be aware of what they really are: they subcontract all of their jobs to whoever will complete the delivery. This means that when you book your pickup time and day, they do NOT have a team ready for you until the day of, and in my case, my order was entirely dropped AFTER it was assigned. Any of their loaders can choose to drop your order even after they take it. It is a COMPLETE toss up as to whether or not your order will be fulfilled. In addition, since you prepay, you will lose 50% of your price should your order not be fulfilled. Customer service is non-existent as well, and you may receive conflicting messages through automated services. That's how this business makes their money - subcontract, automate, with zero guarantee. You will not get a human to actually help your case if you run into trouble - you are on your own here. Please find a reputable local junk removal company and build relationships with them instead. Do not be fooled by the fancy website, the reviews, and the pricing online. Do your research on this company and you'll see the many complaints about the same issue, and also be warned that because of the nature of their business practice, your loader is not guaranteed to be experienced or even capable of removing the items themselves - if they even show up. This is a company posting your job as a daily gig for anyone who wants to make an extra buck. There are no standards and you are gambling with your time and money.
