“This was the absolute worst experience. 1. The movers were an hour and a half late after they told me they would arrive by 10am. 2. Between LoadUp and the movers they selected there was NO communication in regard to securing the walls with cardboard as it stated in the moving agreement provided to them and mind you, they signed the agreement 3. The contracted movers that LoadUp selected had to some back a 2nd day and STILL did not remove everything as they were paid to do and their response was " my truck is full" 4. I had to hire another moving company to come and finish the job and of course pay more money 5. Communication with customer service SUCKS!!!!!! 6. You are literally gambling if you choose this company. They contract your job out and good luck with who you get. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Moving is already stressful but to have to move an office adds a higher level. This whole experience with this company was something I would not wish on my worst enemy!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.”

“Buyer beware... They gave us a price for clearing out an office space and quit before it was finished. They caused damage to the hallways of the building and are now enforcing a 14 day claim rule even though they knew about the damage well before. We had to hire another company to finish the job. The additional cost was $4,000 and they credited us $700 for the work they did not do. Customer service was less than stellar. I will say the crew that did the work was good to work with for what they got done. As for the company, I could not recommend them less. They added way more stress to an already stressful situation.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of a company takes money weeks in advance to guarantee a service and then cancels the morning of? And they don’t return the entire amount you paid even though THEY were the ones who cancelled! And good luck trying to get through to them, they don’t respond. Horrible company.”

“PLEASE BE AWARE OF LOADUP. There's a reason their prices are so low. Before you make the decision to employ Loadup, please be aware of what they really are: they subcontract all of their jobs to whoever will complete the delivery. This means that when you book your pickup time and day, they do NOT have a team ready for you until the day of, and in my case, my order was entirely dropped AFTER it was assigned. Any of their loaders can choose to drop your order even after they take it. It is a COMPLETE toss up as to whether or not your order will be fulfilled. In addition, since you prepay, you will lose 50% of your price should your order not be fulfilled. Customer service is non-existent as well, and you may receive conflicting messages through automated services. That's how this business makes their money - subcontract, automate, with zero guarantee. You will not get a human to actually help your case if you run into trouble - you are on your own here. Please find a reputable local junk removal company and build relationships with them instead. Do not be fooled by the fancy website, the reviews, and the pricing online. Do your research on this company and you'll see the many complaints about the same issue, and also be warned that because of the nature of their business practice, your loader is not guaranteed to be experienced or even capable of removing the items themselves - if they even show up. This is a company posting your job as a daily gig for anyone who wants to make an extra buck. There are no standards and you are gambling with your time and money.”

“Placed a order for pick up for Wednesday and nobody came will never do a online pick up again do not recommend cost me 100 and still have to take care of my mattress myself”

“The independent contactor that came to my house today to remove a. Ouch and love seat . He scratched my wood floor and when I brought it to his attention he said go buy some putty and fix it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They hire independent contractors and you have to deal with them to get the damage repaired. I am not holding out hope to have this fixed by him.”

“Twice they never showed up. Excuse was either they didn't have any service to provide and we received no updates after 2 days of waiting. Should send them an invoice for our wait time. Can't recommend at all.”

“I was charged as soon as I booked. I ended up needing to cancel my request for pickup and was told that I would still be charged 20% even though I canceled a full 2 days in advance. There is nothing on the website or information that was sent to me about a cancellation fee. Part of the reason I picked LoadUp was because I was worried I would have to cancel and it specially says on the site to just call at least 24 hours in advance. I would have been fine with the fee if I had known in advance. It just seems sneaky and purposefully hidden.”

“Worst experience, I would never use them again. They gave us an 8 AM to 12 window called at 12 said they’d be there at one at one no one showed up we kept calling the driver never answered we called the company the company tried calling the driver no answer and by 230 we left. We wasted almost our whole day waiting for them and they never showed up and now they don’t wanna give us our money back and it wasn’t even her fault. Never never never never use them..”

“Wish I had seen the reviews before I booked this company. BEWARE. It only gave me an option for a 12 hour window! The local company hired did call right at 8 am and confirmed it would be "late afternoon" then radio silence ALL DAY. Website updated to day 4-5 pm arrival. At 5pm changed to 5-6. at 6pm changed to 6-7pm. At 6:50 driver finally called and said that they were sent on a job with way way more clean up than they were told. (NOT MY PROBLEM) then wanted to reschedule to tomorrow! I have painters coming at 8am and I cannot trust that they will actually show up at 7 as promised. They say they are on their way from Henderson but that is 45 minutes away easily in Vegas traffic on a Friday night. Their trailor is already full so not sure where they are going to put a giant 6 piece sectional but hey they have been paid so does it really matter. DO NOT BOOK through LoadUp. They do not tell their local hired people accurate information and the customer pays financially and in every other way possible. Won't make this mistake again.”

“bait and switch situation! I asked for all my furniture to be donated to Veterans or Battered women ! Walked out to hacking up a pottery barn bench with cubbies and baskets ! The 2 guys were very nice , but they had been told all my pickup went to junk… I’m sad that this happened , I could have easily taken this piece myself ! Along with price increase quated $315, went to $550”

“I had to click on a star...Buyer BEWARE! This company is horrible! From the initial quote to the company they contracted with locally - disappointing. I was told that they would donate what could be donated and then toss the rest. Not what the local pick up guy shared. Loadup, maybe get your company values aligned with the contractors you work with or don't promise what you can't deliver. We packed up garbage in bags so it would be easier for the pick up crew. I was given a pick up window from 8-12, had the contractor been given all 22 pictures maybe he would have shown up at 8am and the job could have been completed in time for us to leave. We worked 2 days to get the house ready because we were on a very tight schedule, had the company come at 8am it would have been done in the appropriate time frame. - The contractor they hired here locally was not given accurate information on the pick up so when he arrived our expectations were not aligned. Not at all upset with the local pick up company he was misinformed as well. They make you pay up front, I'll never do that again! They offered up many solutions none of which would work for the tight schedule we were on... They refused to give me a full refund so I had no choice but to deal with their solution. We've had to reschedule our flight to accommodate the 2nd contractor that Loadup sent out(their solution)- because they wouldn't give me a full refund, full fee was $3100, they would have kept half. So, extra money spent to change flight- So happy we could accommodate your company, it's just more money, right? - Your company is a joke. Beyond upset with this company, I will never suggest them to anyone. People in California or Nevada DO NOT USE LOAD UP!!!”

“The person took the garbage that the mattresses came in and then left it on our street. We would have had a ticket had we not seen it. We would’ve been better off had he just said he doesn’t remove junk.”
