“Needed to have a mattress and box spring removed from my home. So glad I found this company online. Fantastic customer service kept in touch with me until my items were picked up by a terrific employee named Tony. Will definitely use this company again when the need arises. As for the cost, very reasonable.”

“I was very pleased with Xavier and Chris. They worked hard, communicated well with each other and were very careful breaking down and moving the items around my house. The items I wanted moved were also very heavy and these guys were strong. I would definitely request them again.”

“We had a great experience with Ibrahim and his partner removing furniture from a condo. I would recommend this company. The mobile technology worked well, it was a little bit of a challenge to get a human on the phone after the order was placed to discuss the COI requirements but it all worked out very well in the end. Ibrahim and his partner were very customer service oriented. We would use this company again.”

“I had a great experience. My guys showed up on time and did a great job. I was even able to alter my order the same day before they showed up. My inquiries to the company were answered promptly. There was a misunderstanding in what I needed taken away but the matter was clarified asap. Very easy process from start to finish. I'll definitely use this service again when needed.”

“Booked for Friday between 4pm-8pm - no call no show. I called them to rebook for Saturday morning between 8am-12pm - no call no show. These days and times were confirmed by them. After my fourth phone call I cancelled and asked for a refund. The communication is ridiculous and they promise what they cannot deliver. AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst company I have ever dealt with. HORRIBLE...”

“They scheduled me 8-12 and had a delay, totally fine, they let me know. But I started to worry by 4 or 5 that they wouldn’t come. I text snd they said they were still coming. Then my husband saw they were open 8am to 8 pm so we left it out. Sure enough I got a text at around 6:30 they were on there way. They arrived shortly after. The fella took it quickly and was super nice to hubby. Thank you very much Svetlana!”
