“Confirmed set up day before with a 4 hour window. Confirmed a time the day of with a 1 hour window. Never showed up. Offered a $25 Amazon gift card as compensation. Absolute trash company.”

“If your time is dependent on the scheduled pick up - find another service. I was scheduled in the 12 - 4 pick up slot and rec'd a call after 3p that they were having problems and the pick up would be later in the evening or I could reschedule. I didn't have the time to wait so I rescheduled for the nest day 12 - 4 time slot. After spending another day waiting I rec'd a msg they were running late and had one more stop before getting to my location and p/u would probably be closer to 5p. They did not get to the location until 7 pm.”

“Load Up did a fantastic job with our removal , we added an item to our pick up and they only charged us a small amount for the add. Vidosa was our loader and they were very professional and polite. Highly recommend their services.”

“Great experience. Needed an old sleeper sofa removed and scheduled it to be picked up on 4/3/25. Sofa was picked up by 11am on that day. Paid $124 after a $10 discount from PayPal. It might seem pricy but I would have had to rent a truck, load sofa myself, take to a landfill 15 miles away, pay dump fees and put gas back into rental truck. All that to save $40 or so? This was well worth the extra money spent”

“It was a pleasure to work with LoadUp, from the scheduling, to the communications, to the removal of items I did not want to move with me. The driver and his assistant arrived earlier than expected (!) and worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my time and my home. I would highly recommend this service, and would use them again.”
