“Their website states that they’re “RELIABLE & STRESS FREE”…… that’s incorrect!!! I reserved LoadUp unloaders to unload my fully loaded 15 ft Uhaul truck into a storage unit. After my daughter and I drove 12 hours from another state, she driving the Uhaul and I drove my SUV. We were totally exhausted but we were happy that we had a 12p-4p slot for the loaders to meet us at the Uhaul storage unit. I called them at 2pm when we arrived to get an ETA, LoadUp stated that they would call me with the ETA. They did not call, THEY TEXTED ME at 3:30, and stated unfortunately they would not be able to make it. We were devastated because we did not have anywhere to leave the loaded truck. It was 95 degrees that day. I am 70 years old female and my daughter and I had to unload the truck ourselves. Crazy, Uhaul asked me to call the Uhaul 1-800 number and have them removed from their referral list, they thought this was acceptable as well. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.”

“We used LoadUp to disassemble and haul away an 8 foot slate pool table. Not only did they quote the most reasonable price, they stayed in constant contact with me from begging to end. The assigned loader (Eliel) and his partner were friendly, professional, fast, efficient, and clean. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.”
