“Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Scheduled dirt to be removed from a pile in my driveway and this was confirmed over the phone. Workers showed up with a box truck with no tools or equipment. Workers asked me to supply them with shovels and wheel barrows which then they proceeded to load the dirt into cardboard boxes. After an hour they left and did not return. Upon return the next day they finished putting the majority of the dirt in boxes and then left a handful sitting in my driveway and marked the job as complete. Called customer support and they apologized and said they could not get ahold of team so nothing they could do. Why would someone pay a premium to have unprepared and lazy workers who do not even finish the job? Recommend hiring literally anyone else.”

“Arranged for my old refrigerator to be picked up the next day. Received a text and email on pickup day indicating who the driver was with his phone number. I texted the driver for an ETA. He said they would arrive before 11 am. They arrived before 11am and quickly removed the refrigerator. Would highly recommend. The service was priced fairly.”

“LoadUp was given my information by a moving company that did not service my area. I agreed to their loading services for my move based on the limited information that I received via text and phone from a person named "Tea". A few days later I attempted to cancel their services because of a major stumbling block in the sale of my home. They then informed me that there is a 20% cancellation fee to cancel their service ever, 50% if less than 24 hours before. I tried to cancel 28 DAYS before. I have a photo of the agreement that I was sent via text and several emails back and forth. Now I have to get my bank involved and my dealings with them have just gone from bad to worse. My advise is read the fine print and make sure you will use their service before signing up to avoid a bind like I have found myself in.”

“Abraham and his partner did an EXCELLENT job moving our heavy furniture!!! I’m very disappointed with the company only sending 2 men when we specifically told the company it would take at least 4 men to remove and take apart very difficult furniture. Abraham and his partner were very precise and careful with everything!! Thank you to the men!!!”

“After an iniytial estimate that was just for hauling, I asked for a more detailed estimate that acknowledged the need to disassemble a large trampoline and safety net. after providing photos I had another estimate that took into account everything and it was still very, very reasonable. I signed up, paid, and the next day the workers arrived at the stated time and within an hour had completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased. I would turn to them first in the future: people doing what they say they will do for the stated price makes them special.”
