“You all did an outstanding job in every way. Thank you for your service! Great communication! I had to change my scheduled appointment as another service provider changed their arrival time. I am sorry I don't recall the sweet lady's name I spoke with to change the appointment. She was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Mr. Wilson and his Son are very pleasant efficient men. It was a true blessing to have met them both. LoadUp is one the the best company's I have dealt with in years. Thank you again!”

“I would greatly recommend LoadUp for your future junk removal. This is my first experience using this company and I would rate my driver, Victor with an "A+". He contacted me by text to let me know due to the weather conditions of so much rain, that he still would fill the window slot I selected for today. EXTREMELY nice guy with a great personality who as well was very professional! If ever in need, please give this company and their employees a try and you will be sure to keep their number in the future if you need anything removed again. Special kudos to Victor and his team player for a great experience ... Well done gentlemen....”

“I rarely write reviews and give more grace than most, but I had to on this company because the experience was awful. We were cleaning out a house of a family member who passed away and we thought this would be easy. I sent my pictures in, talked to someone on the phone said I needed a morning pick up got my quote and set it thinking it would be in the morning and we could drive home (8 hrs away with no traffic). Come the day of pick up I get a message that the person coming is 3 hours away and won't be there until between 12 - 1, clearly not morning. Because they were going to be late my husband and I removed most if the stuff in the house to the garage ourselves so I went on the link to change our order thinking that since the things were now in the garage they would be part of the $800 garage clean out instead of the individual pricing for removing them from the house. That was a nightmare yo convey to the two different people contacting me and I gave up. When the guys showed up it was clear they would not be able to get everything and they said they would take one load to the local donation center and then come back. What was the point of taking the pictures except to charge more?! I thought they would send someone who would be equipped to take everything in one load. Strike 1: not a morning pick up Strike 2: awful communication trying to change my order since we moved stuff ourselves Strike 3: not being able to take things in one load. I would like to say that the two men who came were great and I explained I was not mad at them but with Load Up for their poor communication. It was not their fault and they did help us come up with a solution so that we could get on the road. Maybe I should have researched more about them and realized that they were not a local company, but you are not always thinking clearly during certain life events.”

“I’ve used LoadUp several times now and each time was an excellent experience. In moving there always items that are in between keeping and throwing away. Each time I’ve used LoadUp they were quick to respond, stayed true to their quote, were very easy to communicate with as I needed changes, and the movers who picked up the items were communicative, professional, on time, and very friendly. My latest mover Adam was a total pro. I didn’t have the time or vehicles to deliver old mattresses and certain large furniture to a new home or the trash. LoadUp re-houses or disposes of items in its discretion - it is not strictly throwing things out- which I appreciate. Definitely will use them again. Five stars!”

“They were so helpful getting us into a timeline that fit into our schedule, kept us informed from start to finish Everyone we dealt with was patient, kind and efficient. The young lady and young man that handled the actual pick up, were exceptional.”
