“They showed up in the time frame they were supposed to. They went to the back room got the mattress, I signed off and they were in and out in a matter of a few minutes.”

“Had an appointment between 8am and noon. Got a phone call to reschedule between noon and 4. Two nice, funny young men arrived around 3:30. They were in and out in 5 minutes. I will definitely use Load Up again!”

“Customer service people are quick to respond both by phone and email. Only issue was the first day the mattress pick up was scheduled the loader's truck had a problem. The next scheduling worked fine. I was given the driver's name and phone number. He kept me updated as to his ETA. Three people came and within 20 minutes removed both the box springs and mattresses. Courteous and well spoken.”

“Jeremiah was communicative as they were en route to pick up our ginormous entertainment center, and on arrival he and Josh were courteous and most of all careful and safe. Not a scratch on the walls or ceiling, and they successfully got a huge piece of furniture down a flight of stairs and safely onto their truck. Very professional and kind. Would call them again”

“Four young men from LoadUp came, disassembled a challenging 394 lb Agile DMT Elliptical and hauled it away. Two of the young men even rolled my empty recycle bin back to the garage. These men were courteous, professional and user friendly.”

“I was so happy to find LoadUp and schedule everything online. They did not meet the original morning time commitment, so I called and spoke to someone who rebooked me for the afternoon with another crew. It was pouring rain in the afternoon so I really expected a no-show. But they came to my home and loaded up my junk as promised. Their price was comparable to what I'd been quoted by others, and their follow-thru was great. I'll definitely use LoadUp again when I need junk removal services.”
