“I wish I could give the service no stars. They are not committed to providing you with the best residential junk removal service possible. In my case, they took my money and hired a towing service, that couldn't make the 4 hour time window. Neither Load Up or RCTowing could be bothered to inform me of what was going on. I had to repeatedly call and each call ended with well get back to you... The claims of donating or recycling go out the window when items sit in the rain for two hours past the pick-up window. You will be better off hiring a local company on your own.”

“The pricing was reasonable and they didn’t change things on me day of like a competitor did. They took longer to arrive than I hoped, but once they were here were friendly, efficient and helpful.”

“I couldn't be happier! Pedro texted me at noon to let me know he was nearby my home, so I met him outside. He was very friendly & ready to "LoadUp" my OLD loveseat after taking in down to the 1st floor. It amazed me with how smoothly & carefully Pedro was able to maneuver the bulky loveseat downstairs & about 100' to his truck. Then before leaving he even offered to help with a project that I "might" have. And, to my surprise, he offered to screw the legs onto my new chair & ottoman. He's a great guy with a genuine desire to help people, especially those of us who truly need the assistance at times. Thank you Pedro! I hope you'll be available to help me in the future!!!”
