“I had a basketball hoop that blew over and broke. We laid it in the yard for a few months in hopes of replacing it. I finally got tired of looking at it & moving it to mow. After scheduling a pickup, LoadUp came a few days later & easily removed the hoop. And the price was awesome! I will definitely use them again.”

“Missed the time frame by over 2 1/2 hours and still haven't showed up. Tried to contact and took almost 2 hours to return call. To find out they don't even have a team scheduled to come out and they didn't even know when they could make it to get 2 TV's. What a wasted day.”

“I would even give you guys a one star! Horrible service! No communication what’s so ever! Left my in laws handing in the wind telling me that you were coming today!(05-29-2021)! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Thinking of sending the ghost bed back!”
