“Everything was perfect but they came an hour later than the agreed upon window of 8 am-12 pm. They came at 1 pm which impacted other plans I had for the day including my work schedule. However, they were courteous and quick which was very helpful under the circumstances and I only booked the pick up the day before. I would definitely use Loadup services again.”

“I was very understanding when he got a flat tire and had to come next day but when he came he brought a teenage boy to help him and he struggled helping to lift items. Then when he dropped off couch at location provide it was clear he was not happy about the job . Very unprofessional …. I’m generally easy going but he was very annoyed!”

“I'm extremely happy with the services provided by LoadUp. Scheduling was a breeze, as was finding out how much the total cost would be. The date/time of pickup was clearcut and well defined, which made it much easier to have the items waiting outside to be picked up. When the team arrived to pick up, they were efficient and handled the task easily. In all, I am immensely happy with the service and so glad to know that this exists in my area, as I'm sure that I'll be utilizing this service again.”

“You sent one guy with a Honda Ridgeline to remove a king size mattress and a 65 inch tv. Both of which I had to help move and load. Totally unprofessional. I paid $175 for this "service". I will not use this company ever again.”

“The team has very good communication. Traffic impacted arrival time a bit, but they were quick to inform us of the slight delay. They safely removed a safe weighing around 1,250 lbs and were very professional.”
