“I needed to cancel a trampoline break down and pick up service about a month before scheduled service and was still charged 20% of total service price. No service was provided and I gave ample notice before cancellation. I am leaving a bad review because the cancellation policy is harsh for a service that requires upfront charge. Terrible.”

“Online booking service was detailed and easy to use. The gentlemen who provided the pick-up service were polite and fast. My only concern was that the gentlemen were rushing and were not gentle with my items. I selected to donate if possible, but the rough handling of my item doesn't leave me with much confidence. I live in a third floor apartment and one of the gentlemen tossed some sofa cushions over the 3rd floor railing to the parking lot below, one nearly hitting my car.”

“The company kept in touch from the time I made the appointment until the time they arrived. The couple handling my load was wonderful and extremely efficient. They went over and above to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They were also quick loading up all of the stuff I had ready for them.”

“I am so impressed with LoadUp. Booking my pickup online was so easy, and LoadUp stayed in communication with me at every step from confirming the order to picking up my items. Your driver and helper were extremely careful in removing the furniture and were professional in both appearance and getting the job done. I was also assured that my furniture would not end up in a landfill, which would have broken my heart since the items were in very good condition. I would highly recommend this company.”
