“This is my first time using LoadUp and they are were on time and the people are so friendly. I did not any issues and their prices are better than I have found elsewhere.They respond in a very short time of placing an order Will always use and refer them.”

“Rayan and his partner were amazing!! They were prompt, extremely professional, friendly, and removed our large couch and oversized chair in less than 15 minutes! Look no further than LoadUp. Their prices are so affordable. 800 Junk quoted a fee that was 3X the amount we paid! If we ever need to have furniture removed again, we're calling LoadUp!!!”

“Well, this is simple as Dorien very professional call gave me estimate time when he was arriving and they got to work and got out with my sofa and loveseat within minutes and I appreciate everything they did. They didn’t scar the walls or anything like that lol”

“I have used LoadUp in the past and they are always on time and the people are so friendly. Never have had an issue and their prices are better than I have found elsewhere. They respond in a very short time of placing an order and sometimes can even be early! Will always use and refer them!!”

“I wasn’t able to answer phone when driver called to confirm pickup. Driver cancelled the pickup and did not communicate this. When no one showed up I contacted customer service. The agent apologized and scheduled for next day pickup and promised to take 10% off charges for the inconvenience. The pickup was in late May and I have followed up twice when the discount credit did not show up. Both times I was promised that the credit would be sent in 3 business days. That was over two weeks ago and still have not received credit”

“The decision to hire someone to remove my old mattess and boxspring was spontaneous. I decided to hire LoadUp because they gave me an upfront online price and they could do it the same day. Excellent service. The technician was prompt, quick and efficient. I will definitely use LoadUp again.”

“Still waiting for promised credit. Driver cancelled delivery when I wasn’t able to answer his phone call to confirm pickup. He did not leave a voice mail message. Did not communicate cancellation. Load up apologized and gave me a 10% credit and a next day pickup. Have been waiting for this credit since end of May. Told twice by Loadup credit would be processed.”

“What an easy process. No lifting, no moving items to curb. Great customer service. Gary was our loader and did a wonderful job. He was very careful moving our large items out of the house. He was very respectful and courteous. Very professional.”
