Call Company about removing a Piano. Said that they would be able to move it the next Day. Waited for them to show up, Decided to call back to get update. Notified me at that time the driver did not have the truck or manpower to Pickup a Piano. By them not notifying me. I am Stuck we no other option but moving myself. Customer Service is Poor, only use this service is you want to be screw. Don't say you have a Piano Removal Service is you don't.

They are a contracting outsource company. If I would have known that I would have not used them. They use chuck in a truck and chuck isn’t insured to cover what he breaks. Chuck also likes to use your bathroom without permission. Chuck also is unprofessional and his vehicle isn’t marked as commercial.

Don't use this service if you legitimately need junk removal. They sent a contractor who had new furniture in the moving truck so they couldn't take my stuff to the dump.

I decided to use LoadUp to get an elliptical hauled away. I called, spoke to a customer service rep and after our conversation scheduled a pickup. I was up front that it had to be removed from a basement. She asked if it needed to be taken apart, I told her I did not know. She quoted me a price, scheduled a delivery and took my payment. I scheduled to have a Saturday pickup with a window from 8am to noon. At 11:45 I had not had any contact so I called and spoke to them and they pulled up my order and said they would have the driver contact me. He did eventually call only to inform me that there was a mix up and they could not make the pickup. He did offer to come the next morning at 8:00 am. A wasted weekend morning, waited at home for 5 hours with no on showing up. He did eventually show up about 8:30, he was in beat up van, had an elderly man as a helper and was complaining as soon as he saw the equipment in the basement. He made no introduction, provided no paperwork and did not identify himself as a representative of LoadUp. Him and his elderly helper were not able to carry it out and it did require that it be taken apart. I had to provide them with tools as they did not have everything they would need to take it apart. After about an hour, they were finally able to remove it. They took it outside and were not able to get it into the van. After 30 minutes or so, they did finally get it into the van. They left me with grease stains on the carpet, they had used my restroom without my knowledge, leaving behind some personal belongings. They also had to hook up a battery charger in my garage to charge their van battery so they could start the vehicle. There was no professional appearance, not adequate personnel, no adequate transportation, it was a joke. I would not refer anyone to this company. I would have expected a follow up from someone, nothing. The image presented on the website is far from what is delivered.

Drivers were apparently overbooked, so they were over four hours late (were supposed to arrive between 8am and noon. Finally showed up after 4pm). I had to make several phone calls to the company in order to get answers on where the drivers were and when/if they were going to show. Also, the photos they took as proof of pickup were never sent to the mattress company as evidence of the return. I wound up having to send in a photo of my receipt to get my refund processed. The only positive thing I can say is that the drivers, when they did arrive, were very apologetic and professional with the mattress removal. Otherwise, this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend LoadUp to anyone.

The price changed from what I was originally quoted, and one guy showed up in a Toyota truck, and he was unable to load the truck himself so I had to help him, and he wasn't even able to fit everything into his truck. Would not use this company again.

Listed items of their website they could take care of, then emailed at the time of pick up to say they didn't have the right tools, despite the item being in the list of items required for removal and already paid for .

Not happy with the load up services. The workers took advantage of an elderly person by taking another payment that wasn’t owed. Still waiting to have money repaid by delivery workers

The WORST experience imaginable. Didn't show up at all the day they were supposed to, which was the day before my new furniture was scheduled to arrive. They actually told me I had to help their truck driver find a parking space in Manhattan! They're clueless. Their customer service would promise to call back multiple times and never did. Finally, the next day they sent ONE person to take away two couches, a very heavy glass coffee table and a rug. Fortunately I paid one of the maintenance guys in my building to help because there was no way he could possibly do it on his own. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ANY OTHER COMPANY HAS TO BE BETTER. A TRULY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Moving crew arrived within the pickup window, however, they were ill equipped to process my order. Even though they knew I had a multiple couches, mattresses and box springs to have picked up, they only had a small pickup truck and cart. Not all items fit on the truck, so half of the order was left on the street for pickup later in the day. I get a call confirming that the remaining items had been picked up. However, this wasn't true. Four days later and the items still haven't been picked up and I needed to move them behind the house to allow new tenants to move in. Was a very unorganized and unprofessional team and would not recommend Load Up to anyone. Awful experience. Not worth the price.

Very unprofessional movers. They mixed up the time of arrival, they complained the whole time swearing with profanity about how much they hated doing the job I paid them for and how much it sucked, and how angry they were. I had two pieces of light furniture to move.. They caused some damage to my apartment leaving, and one of the movers brought a lit cigarette into my non-smoking apartment. Pretty terrible experience all things considered.

Was rescheduled 3 times and they sent a team completely unaware of what had to be removed and had none of the required equipment. If you would like your items to be removed with care and by a team prepared to handle your removal I suggest looking elsewhere.

I used Load Up once previously and it was a great experience. This most recent experience was the opposite. I was contacted to adjust my scheduled pick up time to the next day and I agreed. The truck showed up over six hours late after 9:30pm. They were jawing each other and nearly took my front door off. They were in and out in twenty minutes but it was not a good twenty minutes.

I had a brand new Avocado Mattress worth about 2,000, it was pretty much brand new and was suppose to be picked up and delivered to Native American charity. The lady that came to pick it up was very careless with the mattress in my opinion, drug it through oil and dirty concrete and threw it in a flatbed trailer full of trees and dirt, ruining the mattress in a matter of a couple minutes. It was very unprofessional, in my opinion and really sad to see such a great allergy free, handmade beautiful mattress get so ruined before donating it to someone in need. It genuinely was terrible for me to see. :( I am glad it made it to the charity but when I called the charity, they did express that it was in fact damaged. Makes me sad.

We are a Sleep Study Company and we hired Load up to remove a hospital grade bed and mattress from one of our rooms. We had previously informed Load Up of the dimensions, weight of the items, and explained the difficulty level of the job. Load Up confirmed that any job was possible and assured us that both items were going to be picked up with no problems. We got confirmation that BOTH items were picked up via email and never got a phone call as promised. We were later informed by the sleep technician that "they walked in, saw how difficult it was to remove the items, and left without completing the job." This happened twice, after having multiple conversations with management who all confirmed that it would be made right. The company has yet to pick up said items and refuse to give us a full refund for the services that were not provided. They have provided horrible customer service, and we do NOT recommend them to anyone.
