After reading the reviews it said called 30 before Arrival. Showed up early. Will my appointment was for 8-12. Around 11 got a text will be late 12-4. 3:45 no call or text. I called. Said another hr. Ok I could go with that. Little after 5 I called to see how much longer. Again Another hr.

This company is horrible. Do not use them! I found them with a Google search for hot tub removal in my area. I ordered hot tub removal and they charged my credit card. When the truck showed up, it was much too small to hold a hot tub. The driver left and told me LoadUp would be in touch. 4 hours later, I contacted them via chat. They said they would get another driver out there that day. Never heard back and contacted them via chat the next day. After 2 hrs, they called to tell me a driver was on the way. Two hours later they called to tell me that they would only be able to haul the hot tub if I agreed to an extra $1,000 charge. I said no thanks. They are supposed to refund my credit card, but they haven't yet. This company is horrible - use at your own risk!

Terrible service. They loaded mattresses 3 high on to the top of a MINIVAN. They are unsafe and rude.

Got a quote online, got an email to call, called in - quote was double what I received online. When I cancelled (for good reason) LoadUp still charged me a % regardless. Even though the quote was double what they originally quoted me. When I was told they’d get back to me to waive the charge or help they never did. Great way to do business and clearly in the business of taking money and putting people in a position to have no choice and charge whatever they want. Be aware and don’t book with them unless you have a for sure final quote! I truly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I don’t typically write reviews..

Scheduled a pickup 9 days in advance. Received a call 24 hours prior to my appointment advising that the "guaranteed" price would be raised (based on information I provided when scheduling). Received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment advising that driver was unavailable and would be rescheduled the following week. Because this was out of town for me, I was forced to find a last minute alternative. Despite being a no-show, LoadUp refused to refund 50% of my upfront payment.

Mainly please do not release refrigerant out to the environment!! I was told that the reason they could not pick up my refrigerator at the time they were booked was because I had not let the gas out of my refrigerator. I cleaned it and it was ready but because it was not clean 3 hrs ahead of time and I did not let gas into the air, they picked up half of my load and only gave us 30 off for not picking up the refrigerator. They offered to charge more to come out the next day if I also let out the Freon gas. I would of happily taken the other part of my load to the dump along with the refrigerator if I had known they would open up the back of the fridge and rip things apart trying to release gas in an illegal way! Beware of this company they do not seem to be aware of regulations on gases.

LoadUp came to my house for a sectional couch return to Costco. LoadUp sent one person to my house and they proceeded to try and drag the couch out alone after being told to wait, scratching my hardwood floors. Ended up having to help them do their job to avoid more damage. Then LoadUp forced us deal directly with the guy who came to pick up the couch for the damage who we just wanted out of our house. One of the worst experiences and completely unprofessional. I cannot believe Costco even contracts with LoadUp.

This is a scam company! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Call them to see availability, LoadUp promises an appointment, then charges 20% ($23-50) even if you cancel 48 hours ahead of time! So disappointed!!!! Totally bogus!!!!

AVOID!!! I made a reservation with this company in error. I needed a delivery made to Salvation Army. So, after confirming the booking, I immediately called the support center. I held for awhile and no one answered. They asked me to leave a message. So, I had to make several chat requests to get someone to respond. I asked to cancel because I completed in error. They advised that there is a 20% cancellation fee. I JUST MADE THE RESERVATION and immediately got ahold of them to cancel. Even the airline business allows you to cancel with 24hour of booking. They refused to budge even though I didnt see the cancel fee until AFTER I made the booking and got the confirmation email. Bad business decision! I will not use these people again and this was my first impression. BE WARNED...Be very sure you dont have to make adjustments once you give your credit card.

Call Company about removing a Piano. Said that they would be able to move it the next Day. Waited for them to show up, Decided to call back to get update. Notified me at that time the driver did not have the truck or manpower to Pickup a Piano. By them not notifying me. I am Stuck we no other option but moving myself. Customer Service is Poor, only use this service is you want to be screw. Don't say you have a Piano Removal Service is you don't.

They are a contracting outsource company. If I would have known that I would have not used them. They use chuck in a truck and chuck isn’t insured to cover what he breaks. Chuck also likes to use your bathroom without permission. Chuck also is unprofessional and his vehicle isn’t marked as commercial.

Don't use this service if you legitimately need junk removal. They sent a contractor who had new furniture in the moving truck so they couldn't take my stuff to the dump.

I decided to use LoadUp to get an elliptical hauled away. I called, spoke to a customer service rep and after our conversation scheduled a pickup. I was up front that it had to be removed from a basement. She asked if it needed to be taken apart, I told her I did not know. She quoted me a price, scheduled a delivery and took my payment. I scheduled to have a Saturday pickup with a window from 8am to noon. At 11:45 I had not had any contact so I called and spoke to them and they pulled up my order and said they would have the driver contact me. He did eventually call only to inform me that there was a mix up and they could not make the pickup. He did offer to come the next morning at 8:00 am. A wasted weekend morning, waited at home for 5 hours with no on showing up. He did eventually show up about 8:30, he was in beat up van, had an elderly man as a helper and was complaining as soon as he saw the equipment in the basement. He made no introduction, provided no paperwork and did not identify himself as a representative of LoadUp. Him and his elderly helper were not able to carry it out and it did require that it be taken apart. I had to provide them with tools as they did not have everything they would need to take it apart. After about an hour, they were finally able to remove it. They took it outside and were not able to get it into the van. After 30 minutes or so, they did finally get it into the van. They left me with grease stains on the carpet, they had used my restroom without my knowledge, leaving behind some personal belongings. They also had to hook up a battery charger in my garage to charge their van battery so they could start the vehicle. There was no professional appearance, not adequate personnel, no adequate transportation, it was a joke. I would not refer anyone to this company. I would have expected a follow up from someone, nothing. The image presented on the website is far from what is delivered.

Drivers were apparently overbooked, so they were over four hours late (were supposed to arrive between 8am and noon. Finally showed up after 4pm). I had to make several phone calls to the company in order to get answers on where the drivers were and when/if they were going to show. Also, the photos they took as proof of pickup were never sent to the mattress company as evidence of the return. I wound up having to send in a photo of my receipt to get my refund processed. The only positive thing I can say is that the drivers, when they did arrive, were very apologetic and professional with the mattress removal. Otherwise, this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend LoadUp to anyone.

The price changed from what I was originally quoted, and one guy showed up in a Toyota truck, and he was unable to load the truck himself so I had to help him, and he wasn't even able to fit everything into his truck. Would not use this company again.

Listed items of their website they could take care of, then emailed at the time of pick up to say they didn't have the right tools, despite the item being in the list of items required for removal and already paid for .

Not happy with the load up services. The workers took advantage of an elderly person by taking another payment that wasn’t owed. Still waiting to have money repaid by delivery workers
