Delivery was scheduled for 8 - 12. At 12 we tried contacting them - horrible options on phone. Could not get to “live” person and their records showed delivery between 11 and 12 - and this was at 3:40. They finally arrived, set up the bed - did not haul away all the packing and did not properly set up the bed. They took some of the packing material away and just left - no notice they were finished! When we contacted the company they told us - too bad, it’s now ours and we need to deal with it!

This company is an absolute scam and I would like to warn others DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. As “stated in their terms and conditions”- they can give a 4 hour window, change to the time of pickup last minute, not show up at scheduled time, cancel, not follow through on their end, and still charge you for %50 of the quote. I checked BBB and sure I enough there are many complaints of the same thing. Won’t be long until a lawsuit is pending for this company. BEWARE!!!!! The worse thing about this business is that it does state some of these points in their “terms and conditions“. You can spend an hour reading it before you book(if you have the time) or STAY AWAY

Don’t use this company. Not organized, poor communication, and lack follow through. First pickup scheduled received an email telling me they couldn’t accommodate agreed upon time. Spoke with rep that evening and rescheduled to the next day between 4-8 pm. Next day received a voicemail stating they didn’t complete pickup the prior day as they couldn’t reach me and asking me to reschedule. Couldn’t get a rep on the phone when I called them back. Was able to reach them via email. Let them know that the driver never called me, that I’d received an email stating they couldn’t accommodate the pickup time, and that I’d already rescheduled. The rep responded with that they had no record of this. How can you run a business if you can’t keep track of correct communication and correct scheduled pick up times. The rep assured me that they did now schedule the pickup. We wait from 4-8 pm. No call and no show. Reached out again to the company and so far no response. I question if they even intend to fulfill our order. I’ve since read other reviews on the BBB that reflect unfortunately this same experience with poor service recovery. Go with a local trusted company instead and save yourself the time of this circus. We are still uncertain if and when they’ll even complete our order.

Pick up order was confirmed by multiple texts, each giving a new window 2 hours later that the other, in the end I was left waiting for a no show, with no explanations or apologies.

This was a mistake - I wish I had done my research, but hopefully you can learn from my dumbness...Driver cancelled, nobody contacted us as we waited. I recommend booking with an actual local company - this is like the door dash of movers... they have zero input into if someone shows up.

This company is awful. Never showed up, never called. I finally got a hold of the assigned driver who told me he was “pulled from the job” after several texts, emails and messages in which I specifically asked someone to call me, they “snuck an email” seven hours after scheduled pick up time to tell me that the driver had a “medical issue” which was a direct lie as I had spoken to the driver who seemed pretty healthy when we spoke. No pick up, zero communication. The only way I got Anyone to speak with me was by calling and pretending I wanted a new pick up. Of course they answered the phone. After dealing with with the person who answered for 10 minutes and getting really bad excuses, I asked to speak with a supervisor. She came back several minutes later without one. I promptly cancelled the service and hired a local pick up company who guaranteed they would be here the next afternoon at 2:30. They were cheaper and actually picked up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BRUTAL!!

Items have been outside for 2 days now. The loaders called 2 hours ahead of schedule which resulted in a missed pick up on the original day. By the time I woke up and saw that they attempted to reach me and to give them the right phone number, dispatch already told them to move on to the next pick up. Dispatch is not trying to understand that their lack of following rules would’ve resulted in my items not being picked up even if my phone number was correct. They state that the confirmation call will happen 30 minutes in advance, but then they actually call you way earlier than that. My pick up was scheduled at 12pm and they were set to arrive at 11am. There is no way to talk to an actual person over the phone so trying to get support is long and drawn out. The service does not make me feel welcome and it has further cemented that I will never use this company again. I feel like they just took my money and now I’m at the mercy of when they decide they want to send a team to pick up my items. The pick up got rescheduled to a different day and they are trying to say that there is no guarantee that the items will get picked up on the rescheduled date either. Do not use this service, there are better companies out there that actually care about their customers experience.

This company forces you to pay before hand to book, after I book they try to cancel my appointment, trying to reach them is very difficult they wait till the end of their business day to send me a message to reschedule or cancel, I looked them up on the BBB and from the reviews they got Loadup have a real bad habit of taking people money and canceling appointments, almost like a scam either come pick my furniture up, or refund my $237.00 y'all happily took without providing service, and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau

Cancelled on me the day of pickup. The customer service to get help was purposely difficult to reach. The phone service is no help. Chat took a long time to reply. When I finally reached someone on chat, they were rude and non-helpful. I haven't seen my refund as promised, so I've disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Disaster. Driver allegedly shows up... never even saw him... says he can't park... I tell him to look at the top of the street, says he will... disappears. Using a fake phone number. Won't answer his text. No ability to reach Load Up to follow up in any way. Live Chat is automated. Telephone is not reachable. E-mail takes days to get a response.

30 minutes after my order time, I did not receive any call or update so I took the liberty to check my order online, where it stated that they required more info from me, after I texted the number given, they informed me they have not found a loader for me and my order would be delayed. Mind you I requested time from my job to be home ready for the pickup and arranged my schedule for it, just for them not to prioritize my time or business.

Do not use this company if you live outside a large city. They will schedule a pick-up for a mattress, have you pay for everything, and then not show up for 3 weeks. They won't notify you until week 4 when they tell you that they are not going to fulfill the contract. They lie about sending an email, are rude on the phone, and getting a hold of someone requires the go around in their automated system where you never reach a person. They only pick up in cities, 10 miles outside you are out of luck because the service area is "extended". They seem to belong to the group of businesses who think that customers are only found within cities, everything else is cattle country. Absolute failure!

Our refrigerator went out last week, we contacted load up for next day removal of the old fridge. Sat here all day and a no show. After the window was expired by two hours, got an automated call saying they would be here in two days. The next evening, got another automated call saying they couldn't make it and rescheduled us for another two days out. Still waiting. Can't talk to a live human, I want a refund from these crooks. The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't go lower and you need to give them at least one star to be able to post a rating.

We were very disappointed and would not recommend the use of LoadUp. Prepaid the service to remove a backyard playground. Our window for service was 12 hours, since someone must be present I took work off and waited the confirmed 12 hour window. We were no showed and all attempts to reach out to the driver and LoadUp were unanswered. I have called and left two voicemails to LoadUp regarding reschedule/refund, there has been no response. Appears I will have to dispute the charge as no service or response was provided.

Horrible. Had a pickup scheduled between 8am-12pm. Nobody showed up, nobody called, nothing. I reached out to their "chat" at 1:30pm. They told me their driver was unresponsive, but he should still be coming. Then at 3:00pm I reached out again. It took them an hour to respond. They told me (this was now 4pm) that the driver would be there at 3:30pm. Well, he never showed. So then they said he would be there by 8pm, or I could get a refund. Ended up refunding me. Problem is that I had furniture delivery two days later, so I wasted an entire day for nothing. I had to call another service to schedule an emergency next day pickup at an outrageous price.

Three different appointments for the same order where scheduled. All three were no-call, no-show, no answer for the phone number of the drivers. I've requested a refund and still don't have the email I was promised by the chat rep confirming that. I don't know what is the systemic breakdown with this company and service but if you are in the Denver metro region I would find another vendor.

I would not recommend the service as: 1. I have to constantly call and monitor the whole process flow (request certificate of insurance, verifying if the driver is able to get in, communicate with customer service on the revised ETA, call the driver directly to check his updated ETA when the revised ETA is expiring) and doing a lot of hands on things myself 2. It seems that the service is a platform and the company subcontract local contractors for individual jobs. As a result, the quality of work is not guaranteed. 3. Their track my order page is a joke. None is updated at all.
