Our refrigerator went out last week, we contacted load up for next day removal of the old fridge. Sat here all day and a no show. After the window was expired by two hours, got an automated call saying they would be here in two days. The next evening, got another automated call saying they couldn't make it and rescheduled us for another two days out. Still waiting. Can't talk to a live human, I want a refund from these crooks. The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't go lower and you need to give them at least one star to be able to post a rating.

We were very disappointed and would not recommend the use of LoadUp. Prepaid the service to remove a backyard playground. Our window for service was 12 hours, since someone must be present I took work off and waited the confirmed 12 hour window. We were no showed and all attempts to reach out to the driver and LoadUp were unanswered. I have called and left two voicemails to LoadUp regarding reschedule/refund, there has been no response. Appears I will have to dispute the charge as no service or response was provided.

Horrible. Had a pickup scheduled between 8am-12pm. Nobody showed up, nobody called, nothing. I reached out to their "chat" at 1:30pm. They told me their driver was unresponsive, but he should still be coming. Then at 3:00pm I reached out again. It took them an hour to respond. They told me (this was now 4pm) that the driver would be there at 3:30pm. Well, he never showed. So then they said he would be there by 8pm, or I could get a refund. Ended up refunding me. Problem is that I had furniture delivery two days later, so I wasted an entire day for nothing. I had to call another service to schedule an emergency next day pickup at an outrageous price.

Three different appointments for the same order where scheduled. All three were no-call, no-show, no answer for the phone number of the drivers. I've requested a refund and still don't have the email I was promised by the chat rep confirming that. I don't know what is the systemic breakdown with this company and service but if you are in the Denver metro region I would find another vendor.

I would not recommend the service as: 1. I have to constantly call and monitor the whole process flow (request certificate of insurance, verifying if the driver is able to get in, communicate with customer service on the revised ETA, call the driver directly to check his updated ETA when the revised ETA is expiring) and doing a lot of hands on things myself 2. It seems that the service is a platform and the company subcontract local contractors for individual jobs. As a result, the quality of work is not guaranteed. 3. Their track my order page is a joke. None is updated at all.

Loaders never showed on scheduled day. Which screwed us as we were getting photos done for house listing. They asked to reschedule and that they would come back in two days. The next day they notified me they could not pick up for another week. All i needed was a washer and dryer picked up. Customer service didn’t seem to care at all.

Service is straight trash! They were supposed to show up anywhere from 8am to 12. 4 hours past noon and still haven't arrived. I've tried to call the driver several times and now they won't pick up the damn phone.

I wish I could give the service no stars. They are not committed to providing you with the best residential junk removal service possible. In my case, they took my money and hired a towing service, that couldn't make the 4 hour time window. Neither Load Up or RCTowing could be bothered to inform me of what was going on. I had to repeatedly call and each call ended with well get back to you... The claims of donating or recycling go out the window when items sit in the rain for two hours past the pick-up window. You will be better off hiring a local company on your own.

Listed the items to be picked up, got an online quote and placed the order. Got a confirmation of the order and the time and date of pick up. A few days before the pick up got a call telling me that the quote was only for one of the items listed and even though the other items were listed in my request we didn't enter them correctly and to add them to the order would be an additional $80...feels like bait and switch.

Setting up the pick up was easy, paid upfront based on the estimate provided via photos submitted. They then asked for more photos prior to the pickup as was stated an unlisted item was also scheduled. I submitted those photos via their website as well as via email the morning of the day before our scheduled pick up. On the day of the scheduled pickup they never came. We contacted them and they needed to reschedule for the following day. They finally arrived and as they were loading up the items I asked if they had enough room in their van and they assured me it would all fit. It didn't. They had to unload the van at a local place and come back for a second load up (no pun intended). Upon returning their service center attempted to contact me and the loader handed me his phone to speak with them. Speaking with the rep I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee, which was more than the original amount I paid upfront, claiming that due to the second loading trip it I have to pay more. I told them this is extortion asking for more money due to the lack of either your estimator, process, scheduler or size of the vehicle that I shouldn't have to pay for. They put me on hold and later came back saying they would lower the amount but I still had pay in order to remove the rest. I said no way I'm paying any more than I already did so how do we proceed from here. They said they then couldn't complete the job and take anything else. Unfortunately for them the loaders were done with the second batch so I asked what now? Are you seriously going to ask them to do more work to not take it and unload it? The rep them spoke with the loader to work out the details but they took the rest and I refused to pay extra. All in all I think they have poor communication with their estimation and dispatch process. Likely just a subcontractor that doesn't do a great job of connecting the work to the right folks and then tries to make up for it by charging more money. Be careful this doesn't happen to you!

I had a disappointing experience with LoadUp. They missed an all-day appointment to pick up a sofa, then missed another slot the next day. The loader finally arrived 3 hours late by himself, so I had to help lift the sofa. They offered small refund, but too little in my opinion based on how much time I spent on the phone and waiting for them to arrive.

Missed the time frame by over 2 1/2 hours and still haven't showed up. Tried to contact and took almost 2 hours to return call. To find out they don't even have a team scheduled to come out and they didn't even know when they could make it to get 2 TV's. What a wasted day.

I had an extremely poor experience with LoadUp Junk Removal. I scheduled my removal two weeks in advance and the movers showed up at my home over two hours early from the pre-arranged time slot so I wasn't there. I spoke to the LoadUp driver over the phone and he said he'd return during the time slot after his other pick-ups. He never arrived and I waited for over four hours. I called LoadUp and they informed me they couldn't get in touch with the driver either so I had the choice to either cancel with a full refund or reschedule the pick-up with a discount. I chose to reschedule because I was in the process of moving and need the removal to happen quickly. The discount amounted to less than 15% off so I found another service to carry out the pick-up. When I called LoadUp to officially cancel my pick-up, they informed me I could only receive an 80% discount. After re-reading my report, they agreed to grant me a 100% refund as originally promised. The email receipt I received after this call was 80%. I had to call LoadUp another two times to confirm I was receiving a 100% discount and get an email receipt. While the people I spoke to over the phone were polite, this was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I would recommend anyone looking for a junk removal service look elsewhere for a more reliable experience.

I scheduled a pick up, loaded all the stuff outside and waited for several hours and paid a lot of money, I received a confirmation email stating who was assigned to me. The guy NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP!! When I called the number provided for the person assigned it went straight to voicemail! So unprofessional and I am EXTREMELY disappointed, this was a huge inconvenience for me, and will not be using this company ever again! When a customer pays a ton of money, and works their butt off taking all the stuff out (I'm a single mom I don't have help which is why I ordered a pick up for this stuff) and puts it infront of there house which doesn't look very attractive, and schedules a pick up, SHOW UP! Or at least have the courtesy TO CALL, communicate with the customer, if you CANT MAKE IT! I could of been getting other errands done or spending some quality time with my kids instead of paying a lot of money just for no one to call or show up! I feel like I just got scammed and will be reporting to the BBB!

I hired Loadup to disassemble and remove a large playground set. They removed the playground (mostly) on the scheduled day, but they left my yard in a dangerous condition, and hid portions of the playground in the brush several yards from where the playground was. The day after they removed the playground, I discovered that they had left over a dozen large metal bolts, washers, nuts, and screws in the grass, and had stashed pieces of the playground in the brush several yards away. Loadup themselves refused to do anything other than have the guy come back and actually asked me to haul the stashed portions of the playground equipment -- which I believe is in my neighbor's yard -- to the front of my house to make it easier for him to pick up. Don't be mislead by Loadup's statements about their multi-million dollar insurance premium, background checks, etc. None of that will do you a bit of good. Their policy is that whatever happens, they are not financially responsible, and they will not refund your money.

Placed a mattress and box spring pickup through a mattress manufacturer when buying a new mattress. Confirmation email did not show what items were confirmed for pickup and representative that arrived refused to pick up both and refused to contact anyone for authorization. Was unable to call customer service due to them being closed even though it was within delivery hours.

I arranged and paid for service and no one showed up at our planned time. I received a phone call that the loader did not have a helper. We rescheduled, and a (different) loader called and said he did not have a helper. Finally at 9 pm they showed up. Nice guys but the helper was obviously an untrained random person. They knocked into my counter and chipped the surface off of it. Very bad experience (except the guys were nice)
