“Load Up let me down big time. I had a very specific schedule I had to meet to move out furniture, clean and move new furniture in the space. No one showed up and did not let me know until very late. I had to hire someone else to move the furniture out to our parking lot.. Load Up came the next day. No decision maker with the company has had the integrity to call me and at reduce the fee for partial work Load Up did not supply. I’m very disappointed. Will NOT use again.”

“If I could give it a 0 rating I would. I'm on my third time scheduling a pickup. Drivers never show up and come up with lame excuses on why they can't pickup. Spending to much time trying to get the items removed from my Mom's house who past away in November. What a nighmire dealing with this company and the people they contract out the pickup service.”

“SCHEDULED FOR 8AM TO NOON, AND BY 430 NO ONE SHOWED UP. CALLED DRIVER AND HE HUNG UP. ASKED FOR AND NOW WAITING FOR REFUND. BEWARE OF PREPAYMENT FOR PICK UP”

“UNETHICAL practices. I scheduled a pick up for a mattress. Only AFTER they took my credit card information, did the website say they would not take a soiled mattress. Now they are going to charge me 20%. Completely unacceptable and dishonest. Had that been disclosed, I would NOT have completed the scheduling. Buyer be ware. Deceptive business practice!”

“I feel like I got ripped off. I booked a pickup for several large items over the phone so they knew exactly how many pieces and the size. I was shocked to see just a pickup truck arrived for the pickup. The truck was so small they had filled up within 15 minutes. Three trips later and over two hours of my time they finally finished. They didn't have a hand truck. Luckily we had one and they were able to borrow it, otherwise, I don't know how they would have gotten everything out. I timed it, if they had the appropriate sized vehicle, the whole job would have been done in 45 minutes. Their website and Instagram advertise load up branded trucks and uniform-clad workers. That is not what I received. If you are going to contract out your work do so, but you should make sure they have the adequate equipment to perform the work they have been hired for. It would be like hiring painters to paint your house and they show up with a gallon of paint and a toothbrush. I called and tried to explain my dissatisfaction and was met with hostility and a "too bad for you" attitude. I will NEVER recommend this company. I will actively tell anyone that will listen NOT to use them.”

“The good reviews are likely fake and bought after they left a bad review. I’ve been rescheduled 4 times already. The first time I was rescheduled without any notice. This company will book you for time slots that they have no ability to fulfill just to reschedule later and they know they have you on the hook because you only get 50% back if you cancel.”

“The removal of our mattress has been rescheduled 4 times with no promise that it will be removed this time. Due to both my husband’s and my health conditions, we chose to use this service. Instead this company’s lack of accepting their responsibility, after they received full payment, has aggravated my health condition. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone. They take the money and don’t complete their part of the business transaction. I believe they make their profits by taking advantage of the elderly and sick. They frustrate you to the point of cancellation and keep the monies you pay upfront.”

“We scheduled a pickup and paid for it. No pickup happened, no reschedule was offered, and their "policy" is to refund HALF our money in this situation. This company is a scam - they WILL steal your money.”

“10/11/2020Updated review These people are unethical cheats. They pre-charged me $149 to take away a tub. They NEVER came out and did the work, but they still kept my $149. They STOLE my money. I have tried repeatedly to get my money back from them and they refuse to return it. How do they think that they have a right to my $149 when they did not come out and do any work for the money. THEY are dishonest cheats,, and they are an immoral and unethical and untrustworthy business. They scammed me out of $149. DON'T TRUST THEM.”

“Absolutely unreliable. Poor customer service to resolve issues. Load Up was scheduled to arrive this week. Did not and had no call, email or text to advise they were not coming. We've rescheduled 3 additional days and times each time with them cancelling saying "we cannot secure a driver" I live in a major metro (over 1MM people) and they cannot secure a date and meet a commitment. Avoid them at all cost!”

“WARNING!! Unreliable! Called for a pick up for a couch and loveseat. 149.00 told them I had new furniture coming so they guaranteed me a date, 4-8 pm. The driver rescheduled to same day drop off of new furniture, 8:00 am. so I called the driver to see if he was coming since it was getting late. No answer! Do not call this co. You’ve been warned. Calling the BBB.”

“after booking and receiving a time slot. i received a text the afternoon before delivery saying i would have to select a new day and time. when i said no because we had needed it done that day. I was told if i cancelled i would lose 50%. they said it was in the small print. even though it was not my fault. Will never use them again very poor attitude and offered no help or apologises.”

“I had a pick up scheduled on a Saturday between 8am and 12pm. When I had heard nothing from LoadUp by 12:30pm, I called customer service to check in. The representative, without apology, informed me that my pick-up could not be completed as the company failed to secure a drive the day before and that they discovered this failure after the time they stop calling customers. Despite the clear mistake and poor customer service from LoadUp, another pick-up time was not offered until Tuesday and a discount for the inconvenience was refused. I would not recommend this company due to both their poor performance and terrible customer service.”

“I had a window from 8-12. my drivers did not show up until 3:30!!!! When I contacted the company they had such a cavalier attitude. I assume because they already had my money. When the drivers showed up ,they were in a small pick up truck. one of the drivers had on flip flops{??) I got no explanation for the long wait I'm telling everyone I know not to use this service!!!.EVER!!!! Oh ..they only gave me 7 dollars off for the inconvenience. Never again!!!!”
