“J’ai louer un véhicule à Rabat jusque là tout c’est bien passer. A la restitution jusque là tout c’est bien dérouler et valider que je récupère ma caution. 8 jours après toujours pas de caution. Heureusement j’avais le numéro du gérant à qui j’ai rappeler que je n’ai pas eu ma caution et c’est à ce moment là qu’il a exécuter le remboursement et m’a envoyer la preuve par wathsapp! Dernière fois que je loue chez vous du moins à Rabat. Désoler de le dire et toujours fier d’être marocain 😉”

Long wait (over an hour) to pick up the car which wasn't what I had ordered, but the replacement was fine.
Final inspection picked up a scratch which wasn't on their form, I had a photo of the scratch before I took delivery of the car, just as well. Lots of scratches on the car.
Car not full of fuel on delivery, although the gauge said it was, returned full.
Constant warning to say the car needed a service.”
“Horrible. It's been a month and a half and they still haven't returned my excess deposit. They're charging me a fine I've never seen before. Book with AVIS or EUROPCAR. I repeat, they've kept the excess deposit, and I'm from Spain. I'm giving up. I wish you luck with this company.”
