“Halfords do not no what they are doing they cant fix bikes one tells you one thing another tells you something else having trouble with tyers and inertubes gears all they say its the way its been treated paid £360.00 and bikes 7 mths old been in shop more than on the road please dont buy a bike from HALFORDS”

“I called into the Telford branch with the possibility of purchasing a Boardman MTB, I was met by Rich who was extremely helpful, spending time going through the 2 bikes i interested in without any pressure to buy.. I left a very happy customer, Rich gave me his mobile no to text him informing of the time i was collecting the bike and it would be ready at whatever time I wanted to collect it, on arrival he took time to make sure the fit was perfect. Rich goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a credit to Halfords. I will definitely recommend Halfords to others”

“I can't understand how this company is still trading. The stores are understaffed, the staff that are there don't don't want to actually work, the stores are a mess and the products are overpriced. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.”

“Bought a bike from white city store. Was told bike wasn't in stock but would be delivered to store next day. Went back day after to pick the bike up to be told no one had the time to get it just yet. Finally got the bike was given free accessories because of the issues. Bike is great but needed brakes tightening up so wasn't built the best.”

“Customer service - zero at Hermiston gate Edinburgh. Staff competent to built a bike safely ? Answer no. Don't be tempted to buy a bike there, go to a reputable bike shop.”
