“I made an appointment for a measure and quote. A few days before the appointment I received a confirmation text.
On the day noone showed up.
I rang the number I received in the text and the lady said that she can see the appointment in her system and that the only thing she can do is patch me through to the salesperson coming out to see me. She did that but he didn't answer so I left a message for them to call me.
I never heard back.”
