“Have used Harrison’s for my business and home flooring requirements and can highly recommend them!! Excellent customer service, expert advise and high quality product without paying extortionist $$$
Great value and team”
“Carpet installers left a mess outside the house with dirt from the removed underlay, damaged walls and door frames moving the furniture. Installation had bad finishing with visible carpet joining lines in several places. Had to ask them to redo in one of the places but not all because furniture was already back in place and hard to remove again. Although they were prompt to fix what I asked, the inconvenient of not having things well done the first time was not worth it.”
Hi Fernanda,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your install. I am glad that they responded to your concerns quickly but I understand that having to do all of that is frustrating and time consuming.
We will speak to the installers about your job and the issues that you encountered.
Kind regards,
Customer Care
