“Good service, but more advice offered for best options around foot traffic would be helpful. Also, carpet edge tacks poke through and can be felt.”

“Dealing with the local franchisees Paul and Treena was great. Good communication, detailed itemized quote and tradesmen/installers rocked up on the arranged date. The quality of the installation was poor (two unsatisfactory joins in the hall and one in the lounge and carpet not turned down properly up to tiles in the kitchen). As a tradesmen myself I struggle to comprehend how they shook my hand smiled and drove away on completion when they would have been well aware of the defects and quality of their workmanship was poor.”

“Harrisons Carpet Tim and Debbie from Waiuku were polite,prompt and very helpful. The carpet took only 2 weeks to install.Good professional service that I would highly recommend.”

“We recently had our whole house re-carpeted by Harrisions and were extremely happy all round with the service. We had a couple quotes done by other companies and Harrisions not only came in cheaper but we also feel the carpet was much better too. We asked Harrisions to do our project in 2 stages as we were painting rooms and renovating our home which was no problem for them at all. We had them come in and carpet 80% of our home in stage 1 and then we re booked them for 1 and half months later to complete the rest of the project once we finished painting. Devon was really great to deal with when making the decisions on brand, colour and under lay options and Michelle was fantastic with the bookings and email communications. The Installers were friendly and did a fantastic job. Highly Recommend Harrisions for an all round great service. Cheers Guys.”

“Shirley arrived fully armed with samples, knowledge, and plain old good taste. She listened, advised, and followed up in a most professional manner. The flooring contractors were similarly careful, cheerful, and most professional (the vinyl laying was millimetre-perfect, the carpeting immaculate). Overall, a great experience: very highly recommended.”
