“Great communication throughout. Loved our consultant , not pushy and just there to help you make your choice easier. Plenty to choose from and made it all a very easy process. All written instructions are clear and easy to understand. Would recommend , loved our end result , looks great and feels feb. Thanks Harrisons”

“Awful accusatory email because of bad customer service . Whangarei. If they had sent an email with an apology or shown a bit of empathy I wouldn't be writing this. They took it for granted that I would know that doors need planing after install. I read it in the docs but as no one said anything to me I assumed mine were ok. I sent them an email and got one back with misinformation and quite accusatory. Whangarei need customer service training.”

“Harrisons were great to deal with from the very start of the consulting process to the finishing of the installing of the carpet. Alan Robertson of Taupo and his staff catered patiently to my every need concerning installation dates, help with moving furniture, and cleaning afterwards. My carpet looks great and I am extremely pleased with it. Thank you Alan and Harrisons!”

“Davin and Rachel are great to deal with, they took the time to both come to my property and measure up and had lots of samples to choose from with them so we could make a decision straight away. I found them easy to deal with and they always had my best interest at heart - I would highly recommend them.”
