“I recently wrote a 1 star review regarding harrisons carpet missing out on a $17k contract because they did not respond to my online quote request and did not respond to the phone message I left
They official response from them is that they did not receive the online quote request and they did not receive any phone message because it's a mobile service
There was no apology or sorry our system did not pick it up etc.
The fact is I did leave a phone message with an operator and I did fill their form
Their denial is a pure lie !
