“Never received my quote, reps were rude because I wasn't available for the length of time they wanted to do their hard sell on me. Didn't want to remove their shoes in my house ( I have new wooden floors & she was in heels) Let them wear them upstairs but then he went & trod all over a white rug, really?? You're a carpet company you should know better”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The sales process is determined by how long it takes to measure the required rooms and for the customer to choose the product that they want. It is not possible to give an accurate quote if you have not chosen a product. As you were only available for 10 minutes this did not give enough time for you to choose your product and the quote to be completed. Kind regards, Customer Care

“Would not use Harrisons ever again. Got charged $998.00 to supply and lay 2m of lino, with carpet was $4800.00 overall. Have got a slightly larger area completed today for $1400.00 less than Harrisons. I would recommend checking pricing with anyone else before getting involved with Harrisons.”

“We can't rate HARRISON'S CARPETS WHANGAREI highly enough. We recently had them fit carpet to our rental property in Whangarei. As I live out of town I had to choose colours/textures through another franchise which worked out perfectly. Nicola was extremely communicative, like wise Leon and were both very understanding as we had to change our installation dates several times because of Tradee's delays. Nothing was too much of a bother. The time frame with which they completed the job in and the state of workmanship was second to none. CONGRATULATIONS ON A WONDERFUL JOB AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 10/10. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Had the guy come for a quote he only gave us one example seems like he was in a hurry was moaning the last job made him get all the carpet out of his van. Wasn't enough to choose from. I left samples to pick up in letter box txted him never heard back from him. He lost a sale. Not happy. Looking at other carpet places now.”
