“After thinking that I had good service and we got another quote from them, it turns out they were dearer for repeat business and also they chased us up almost two years later for a balance which we had assumed we'd paid. I'm not sure what company operates on not knowing their debtors owe or lack there of. Not impressed and couldn't recommend the Howick branch. The worst part about this was that when they found out payment was required, they never once made a call to speak to directly about it or apologised about their lack of back end account handlings. Only a email asking for the money...”
