“Got my Garage Carpet done via Milyn and Betsy ,Harrison Carpet Wellington North . The experience was awesome and very pleased with the outcome .The Carpet is really good quality . The carpet layers were very professional and very speedy . The pics speaks for itself”

“The customer service when arranging a quote was exceptional. We were able to arrange a split install which suited us well and the carpet layer was fantastic. Unfortunately it was after our first install that the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I have the email confirming the second install but they never booked it in so I wasted time away from work for nothing along with the moving of furniture which had to be done again. The manager never contacted me regarding this and has not been replying to any of my emails since.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that things did not go well following the first stage of the install. I will contact the business owner involved. “Our Harrison's consultant" Kelly was excellent. She was friendly, extremely helpful without being too pushy. Although due to supply we had to wait longer than expected for our carpet to arrive and be installed when it was finally installed we found the installers to be very helpful and efficient.”

“Our dealings with Harrison's carpet Tauranga were faultless. From the first visit quoting for carpet to be replaced to the install of the carpet the job went without any problems. Couldn't have asked for anything more.”

“We dealt with the Counties branch, they were helpful right from the start, the consultation process was easy, communication was excellent for installation, the installers arrived on time and tidied up after themselves. Overall a excellent experience and would deal with them in the future.”

“LOVE our new carpet. We needed to have our carpet laid in two parts while waiting for renovations to be done. Nothing was a problem and they came and installed as soon as we were ready. Carpet looks great. Very happy.”
