“Hi We had our carpet layed around 5 yeas ago, love it, it is great and like other reviewers the carpet layers were amazing. We had Shane come around about 2-3 years ago to quote on further carpet, at the time we showed him a place where the carpet had started parting in a join in a couple of places, he said he would get back to us, haven't heard, would really like to get this resolved. Many thanks”

“Driving just south of Timaru last week when a lady driving a Harrisons carpet vehicle took exception to something I did. She gave me the fingers. I have since had 2 flooring companies quote for a carpet and vinyl job. Obviously I didn't ask Harrisons to quote.”

“All went very well and good product choice. Thanks to you Neil & Kirsty for your services. The installers , Max & Lance, did a great job as well plus very helpful & courteous. Was a pleasure to do business with you all and for further carpet purchases you will be our first port of call. Totally satisfied. Only possible negative aspect had no bearing on your branch performance but was the delay re availability of carpet choices not being in stock and waiting for the next run to be manufactured. If there was competition re purchasing/choosing suppliers then this could be a decision decider?. A big decider for us was also the availability of finance options. Overall well done to you all. Many thanks, Peter & Judy”

“Really bad service, no quote emailed after 2 x requests. The sort of apology was enjoy your new carpet after I excepted a quote from another CO which was $2000 cheaper.😟😟”

“Overpriced because the cutting plan used was very wasteful. THIS WAS ALTERED BY ME and almost 4 carpet matres saved. I did not appreciate getting a final account labelled in RED as being 40 plus days overdue. It was paid the day I received it.”

“Harrisons Carpet You came back to discuss concerns re our carpet, some you agreed with and some you didn’t. We did expect a modicum of concern re the fraying edges and the edges in general and the movement of the carpet. We have not received any further communication as to the installer and coming back to tidy the edging discussed. Not happy , disappointing to say the least, perhaps it comes down to the fact that we have purchased and not likely to purchase again in the near future for the lack of after service. Shame on you. We have however purchased carpet from the Harrisons carpets for a property in Glenfield – truly feeling uneasy about this now. As for the other property Harrisons will not be a consideration. I guess it doesn’t make a difference considering it’s a franchise so who cares about the next franchisee missing out on a sale. This email is just to let you know of our thoughts on Harrisons after sales service. Do we want you back in our home -No. Will we recommend – No We will employ and independent carpet layer to tidy up what we paid for.”

“Initial consultation was very good and quote given on the spot. Competitive pricing and great customer service. Installation was 9 days after I confirmed which was far quicker than anticipated and installation was to a very high standard. Very impressed and would highly recommend”
