“Really disappointed, the carpet is not what we expected. we were asked if we had pets... we told them we did. You would think they would take this into consideration when they offer you samples. The carpet we have, shows every bit of pet hair, every bit of dirt. The sales man was pushy, and would not allow us to keep a sample here overnight "I have to show it to the next home"... um, other companies allow you to do that. He just wanted a quick sale. I would not recommend this to other people. disappointed.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Was sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product or service. We don't tend to leave samples as being a mobile service we do need to take the samples to the following appointments. I do understand that this can be frustrating however. “Great service received from the Harrison’s Team at Waikato West. From Stu and his wife through to the installer and contact for a floor sander the whole team was experienced, helpful, friendly and approachable. No hesitation in recommending the team. Very happy customer.”

“Waited three months for curtain s then they turned up without the proper screws. It's been 4 weeks and they still haven't finished to complete the job!”

“We just love our carpet . The young guys who installed it were delightful .We have given left over pieces to 2 friends who are keen to have a look at it in there homes . I am presuming that the joins will disappear ,they show up quite a lot at the moment ?”

“Sales Process was good , follow up and keeping informed after that could be worth investing some time at next training sessions. a Sale is not completed until all customers requirements have been fulfilled and job finished.”

“The reason for this is there is no after sales service, left hanging waiting for install date and then only advised it would take more than one day when Installers arrived. Had we not booked and stayed else where we’ll the install took place, we would have had no where to sleep during the overnight of install as beds had been taken apart on day one.”
