“Really disappointed, the carpet is not what we expected. we were asked if we had pets... we told them we did. You would think they would take this into consideration when they offer you samples. The carpet we have, shows every bit of pet hair, every bit of dirt. The sales man was pushy, and would not allow us to keep a sample here overnight "I have to show it to the next home"... um, other companies allow you to do that. He just wanted a quick sale. I would not recommend this to other people. disappointed.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Was sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product or service. We don't tend to leave samples as being a mobile service we do need to take the samples to the following appointments. I do understand that this can be frustrating however. “Great service received from the Harrison’s Team at Waikato West. From Stu and his wife through to the installer and contact for a floor sander the whole team was experienced, helpful, friendly and approachable. No hesitation in recommending the team. Very happy customer.”

“We just love our carpet . The young guys who installed it were delightful .We have given left over pieces to 2 friends who are keen to have a look at it in there homes . I am presuming that the joins will disappear ,they show up quite a lot at the moment ?”
