“Excellent service, everything was on hand when doing a quote and was given price right then. Helped us chose the best carpet for our house and lifestyle. Installers were quick and efficient and all done within a day (3 Bdm, lounge, hall and sunroom). Would highly recommend them over anyone else!”

“Great service when doing the quote however No follow up care after a botched install caused by the company. No compensation for the stress caused. The carpet was great and we love the product, maybe just need a bit more in the customer service department”

“Totally disappointed with Carpet Court. Although it took awhile for payment to come through & covid delayed progression... What was promised from Carpet Court has been a no go! I've taken 2 days off work under the impression that the first day, the vinyl would be layed & 1 room would be carpeted, & the next day the second room would be carpeted to give me time to move things around... It's now day 2 & only the vinyl has been laid. No carpet, no phone call!!!”

“We were very impressed form start to finish. The initial visit went very smoothly and Jeff was amazing with the selecting the products he thought would suit what we had asked for. The installation team were great as was his Admin Lady (apologies I forgot her name).”
